A bit old but a nice place

First my visit back in 2015 , now I am coming back it’s still same , Great service at Aonang Regent Hotel! The check-in was smooth, and the receptionist was very helpful they even brought us to the room and explained everything clearly. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. Really enjoyed the stay! Would come back .

DO NOT STAY HERE - this hotel has the noisiest aircon we have ever experienced, there is no lift therefore was lugged our bags the stairs, two flights per floor and were on the top floor. There was a hole in the wall stuff with wet tissue. The shower was low pressure but kept going hot & cold. The room was bare and the bed was hard, like sleeping on an ironing board. We checked out after 1 night and the hotel is refusing to give us a refund - they are not responding to us. At the time the receptionist accepted our complaint and profusing apologised. DO NOT STAY HERE.
