As a new hotel, the rooms are impeccably clean and free of wear and tear. We were in a king room on the fourth floor facing the courtyard for three nights. It was incredibly quiet. The bed was wonderful and we both slept well. It was a delight as we had been hustling for several days. There are a few quirky things about the rooms - or at least ours. Firstly, despite a large size room, there is little storage. One of the two of us needed to keep our things in our suitcase as there were few drawers. The closet is tiny as well. Secondly. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Thirdly, there is no outlet close to a mirror so one might dry and style their hair. One can sort of stretch a cord, but it is awkward. Finally, although the bathroom is charming, it too could use with either a bit more counter space and a shelf. Another few things of note, the water in the room is complementary, although there was no signage to let you know. Also, there are robes, but no slippers, which is very odd for this class of hotel. (I truly enjoy those little slippers on a strange floor.) Overall, lovely hotel in a great location. Really just needs to work out some small kinks that would make the experience a true 5 star.

We stayed here for 4N in early May and had a lovely time. The hotel is beautifully furnished and is in an excellent location more or less equidistant between the Jewish Quarter and the Old Town. With regards to its amenities the spa and bar are fantastic, we didn’t eat at the hotel apart from breakfast on the first morning which we thought was pricy (£25 per person) compared to what is available locally. But that’s only a slight criticism. Overall we would highly recommend Stradom House and loved our stay - especially its very comfy beds!

This hotel is truly amazing. From the minute we arrived we had a fabulous stay.We booked a twin room. We were upgraded on arrival. All staff we had interaction with could not be more helpful and friendly. The facilities are second to none, especially the spa ( which was a dream!). The location was also great-right between the old town/Jewish quarter-easily accessible by foot. I highly recommend , you will not be disappointed!

One of the best hotels i have stayed in! From the service and amenities that you get! The spa is a little piece of heaven after a busy day, and the room was beautiful and had everything that you needed. My favourite was also sitting in the bar a beautiful room. Excellent customer service. Breakfast was also lovely and loads of choice, and even made us drinks to go.

Friend of mine took me to this great place. I had a great time. Food was great, various ambiances, indoors and outdoors, pricing was correct given location, it was not over-crowded, and the dressing code was not too strict. I hope I will go there again soon

Just checking out of the Stradom House Hotel. It was a wonderful stay. I travel a lot and I struggle to remember staying at a better hotel. The location is great for the Old Town. The conversion of the old build to a hotel is sympathetically done. I stayed in the Chapel Suite and while not the biggest suite it was luxurious, unique with vaulted ceiling and a large marble bathroom with underfloor heating. The room was quiet which was great for sleep. To top it off the gym facilities are some of the best I have seen in a hotel. It was so relaxing here thot I had to force myself out to see the tourist attractions. I am now trying to find a reason to come back to Krakow so I can stay here again!

Located right between the Jewish quarter and the old town, this hotel is a fine base from which to explore Krakow. The gym is excellent and well-appointed, with free weights, machines, and plenty of stretching space. We had breakfast in the hotel each day in the Gaia restaurant - they offer 5 types of cooked breakfast, the highlight of which was the "polish breakfast" or poached egg on toast with bacon or trout. Hedgewig, the bar, is a nice spot to read in the afternoon, and it gets a bit busier in the evening. Lastly, the staff in the restaurants and hotels are lovely, and the concierge was very helpful in booking tickets and arranging tours.

Stunning interior design, friendly staff and the best pool/day spa facilities we’ve experienced. I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had in the spa (with the brilliant Karolina) and the pool, saunas, steam room and cryotherapy plunge pool were a delight.

It was a regenereting experience. The masseuse, Karolina, has been both professional and precise. The session was relaxing and focused on taking off all stress and contractions of the muscles. I strongly recommend this place to anyone that needs to rebalance.
