フラミンゴ プレミアム ホステル(Flamingo Premium Hostel)

Location is the biggest positive point for this hostel. The staff is also very helpful. The only issue is that it is on the first floor and there is no elevator. So if you have heavy luggage or you have any issue climbing stairs you need to think twice before booking.

Couple aged 28 and 31. Perfect location down a little street off the square. Our room was number 11. Directly above a nightclub, unsure if it states this on the website but even if it does it’s not obvious. So something I believe should be included. Nightclub extremely loud and plays music until 3am (and we stayed on weekdays). Hotel room was clean with coffee and tea. We stayed 3 nights and the room was not cleaned. Not a massive issue, but believe w cleaner should have offered towels. (I understand we could ask ourself but it would have been nice to have been offered / left clean towels). Hotel staff were ok. We only saw two females on the reception desk. Prior to the holiday we booked the Auschwitz tour through the hotel. On arrival we asked where the pick up station was and if it was a far walk (hotel staff did not know and advised we call the booking people). Due to not speaking Polish we requested the hotel staff ring on our behalf to ascertain where we were getting picked up however the staff said they were not able to. This was extremely odd and unhelpful seems we booked through the hotel!!!!

For how much I paid for this room, I wasn't expecting much, however the room was lovely and spacious. Bed was comfy and had a good night's sleep. Had a private bathroom that was also spacious. The location is amazing too. If you are on a budget and want to stay somewhere that great for exploring the Old Town I recommend this Hostel!

Es una estafa, no tiene nada que ver con las fotos de la página, hay una discoteca abajo del hostel. Con lo cual hay mucho ruido del cual no te informan. La recepcionista no se entera de nada literalmente. No tienen hojas de reclamaciones. No nos devuelven el dinero. Es sin duda la peor experiencia de mi vida.

A localização é sem dúvida a maior vantagem deste hostel. Ficamos num quarto privado com casa de banho, com condições razoáveis. Tinha todos os equipamentos necessários, mas a cama era desconfortável e a casa de banho tinha acabamentos mal feitos e era bastante barulhenta.

Ottimo hostel, con una decina di camere matrimoniali/uso singolo. A 20 metri dalla piazza principale di Cracovia e a 5/6 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale. Posizione davvero perfetta. Camere economiche ma davvero minimal, con metratura appena sufficiente per il letto e 2 sgabelli. La camera é dotata di aria condizionata, e di utensili per la cucina, tra cui un comodo bollitore. Bagno in comune molto pulito. Perfetto per visitare Cracovia per qualche giorno. Consigliato!
