Excellent choices on the breakfast buffet. Being adjacent to the street: trams & traffics noise and vibration kinda expected. Improvement suggestion would be for the reception staff to be more warm & welcoming rather than ‘stone face’ especially the staff when we checked out! Kinda let down to the whole experience of this hotel. So I hope the management will take heed & make all the effort and corrective measures especially when you are in hospitality environment. We are paying guests NOT just simply your visitors - this goes to the front reception staffs when we checked out on Monday, 04th Dec. If you feel our money not worth your hospitality service in return then please reconsider what makes your hotel better than others especially in delivering ‘stone face’ front desk staff.
