この予算オプションは、私たちのニーズにぴったりでした。これは非常にシンプルで時代遅れの部屋でしたが、非常に清潔で親切なスタッフでした。価格に勝るものはありませんでした。寝るのに予算の場所に絶対に再び使用します。ポーランドで唯一の場所で、簡単に駐車できました。

それはOKでした。朝食は結構です。部屋はとても古く見えました。シャワー ヘッドの鋭いエッジ。しかし、ひどいのは、数人のウクライナ難民が部屋に来たときの部屋の価格が3倍だったことです。いくつかの助け、これらは戦争でお金を稼ぐ機会を利用しています。それで、それは彼らがチェックアウト時に追加で求めたものです.それは、私がこのホテルを二度と訪れない十分な理由です。

Our first room was very basic, the mattresses so hard they felt like concrete, but we asked for and paid for an upgrade the next day and were transfered to a very nice room. This hotel is called the Budget hotel Daisy for a reason. Don't expect the Ritz, but it is a budget hotel.

After checking in clerk said pool was open until 940. My daughter went to use pool a little after 9 and pool was already closed. TV did not work and room was very warm and no temp controls at all in room.

Please avoid this place at all cost. It's quite possibly the worst place I have ever stayed. The staff were the most unwelcoming people ever. It's situated about 5-10 miles away from the centre of Krakow and requires a taxi in to the centre. The rooms are small and smell like a nightclub in the 80's after everyone has had a pack of fags. The bed is like sleeping on a park bench. So uncomfortable and dirty. There were plug sockets hanging off the wall in the bathroom with wires visible. I was due to stay here for 2 nights but after 1 I found another place on *********** in the centre and stayed there. Dont go here you will be massively disappointed. I'm sure I could find more things to say if I was being fussy. But I'm sure what I wrote is enough. I never write reviews but I feel this place deserves a poor one to warn others away.

Guests beware. The hotel claimed to have various food options available for guests, however on arrival they had nothing except breakfast, not even a coffee. Despite being dishonest on the listing the hotel refused a refund when I left immediately due to the lack of facilities. Not only that, but the room didn't have a bed, just a sofa with sheets and a cushion (no pillow). ********** has since amended the listing but have been useless in getting a refund, saying that it's up to the hotel. Avoid at all costs.

Horrendous service, hotel staff very unfriendly and we’re not welcoming when entering. The pool was dirty and freezing, when I alerted staff they were not bothered and said it was 28 degrees which it certainly was NOT. Also had to paid an extra charge to use the pool. When booked, we booked double bed however when entering the room it was two twin beds which were rock hard and so uncomfortable. Extremely dangerous lighting which showed live wiring and lamps flashed. I don’t know how this hotel is still open and functioning. As for the breakfast it was awful. Cold, stale bread and extremely disappointing. Definitely one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Taxi required to reach town centre. Certainly would not recommend to anybody.
