プレミアム ホステル(Premium Hostel)

Check in was easy and quick with a friendly receptionist. They let us check in slightly earlier which was great. The room is basic, but is pretty much what I expected. One of the sheets had a large brown stain on, the cleaner was in the hallway so we asked her to change it and she did straight away which was good. We asked at reception later on that day (different receptionist) for another pillow as the one they supplied was super thin and was just told NO! Super rude! Was a 'little bit' far from the main square, however with Bolt being Really really cheap, just £2.50 to get into the main square we didnt mind at all. We were there 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned or towels changed within that time. Breakfast was a sandwich from a local Deli, a biscuit, a yoghurt pot and an apple with a bottle of water, which you collected from reception. There was a kitchen at the end of the corridor where you could make tea and coffee, which they supplied free of charge. Over all definitely worth the money, would have liked an extra pillow, and perhaps one change of towel would have been nice.

Location is perfect, very close to old town. People working in reception were helpful and rooms were very good and clean. The price was very low considering the location of the hostel. Excellent experience.

Very good location, close to the center. Bathroom was ok, but the room can be cleaner and the towels were not clean. But for the one night stay the price was ok, small breakfast was ok as well (lunch package).

The room was located next to the kitchen, the level of noise at all times was completely out of order. The kitchen is always open, and at 3 AM people were getting in, screaming, laughing, making all sort of noise with pans, chairs, playing loud music, etc. Room was ridiculously small, and dirty, both in dust and dirt on the floor, and stains on the walls. The only positive was the staff, with good manners and willing to help.

It's about30 min walk from train station or 15 by bus. My room of 4 was big enough all beds on the bottom or no bunk beds. Clean room and bathroom that was ensuite. Kitchen clean and big. Only thing I would have liked is a toaster.

Very good place, location is perfect - very close to the bus and tram station, clean rooms, kitchen is perfect and comfortable. 24/7 reception is working and the staff is very helpful if you have any questions about your journey here in Krakow.

An excellent hostel, felt more like a hotel than a hostel. Clean room, located in a quiet area near many of Krakow's beautiful historical sites. Moreover there are facilities to make your own food in a clean kitchen

Bed was comfy, there is a lift going up to the rooms. Nice to have an ensuite bathroom, good shower. Towels provided. Small room but suitable for one person one night. Friendly staff. Thin walls so it was a bit noisy in the evening and could hear the trams going past. But once I put in my earplugs it was a good night's sleep.

Only stay in the dorm with a ensuite if you are okay with the ensuite bathroom NOT being cleaned and filled with PUBLIC HAIRS amongst other yucky things. I have photos, taken as I was checking out, but I’m going to upload unless it’s really needed. On day 2 I raised with reception that it hadn’t been cleaned, I hadn’t had a shower cause it was foul. They spoke with housekeeping and said it would be cleaned. It wasn’t the response the next day was housekeeping can’t be responsible for essentially people’s sheading and they didn’t clean it either. Stay somewhere with shared showers, at least they are cleaned at least once a day. I’ve staying in nearly 50 countries and this is the worst cleaning (or lack of) I have experienced. Reception denied swapping me to a clean room or a partial refund. It seems it’s standard policy not to clean (or even empty the rubbish bin) in dorm rooms in the 48hr period I stayed there.
