素晴らしい滞在でした！ 中心部に位置し、クラクフとその周辺を探索するのに最適な拠点です。 私たちのアパートは非常に良い大きさで、まさに説明どおりでした。 含まれている朝食は美味しかったですが、オプションがもう少し多様である可能性があります。

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was spacious clean and beautifully decorated. The apartments are in a really good location as the main square is only a couple of minutes walk away. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stop here again.

Beautiful apartments couldn't get any closer to the main square. Great space for a family. Friendly staff at reception. We were on the first floor so it was really convenient. Comfortable beds and great shower and very clean. We loved our stay in Krakow and we miss it already ❤️

Amazing hotel very cheap clean and spacious. Good facilities plenty of towels kettle even a washing machine and fridge. They even brought me extra tea. Cant say anything wrong about this place excellent value for money. Krakow is a beautiful place.

If I was to come to krakow again I would find a different accomadation.  When we arrived I was shocked by the reception it was in this weird lane. The lane way didnt look friendly. On our arrival the lady  was very helpful she told us we be in room 52. She took a deposit  of €75 for the room which I was never aware of this until i went to check in. The room wasn't ready so she took us luggage and gave us a number. When we came backed she  showed us the  lift Which only brings you up to the 4th floor that we have to walk to the 5th floor. She then told us to be careful as it is the oldest  elevator in krakow. My face just dropped. She kindly said dont worry it works just be careful and close the door behind you then she walked away. Took myself and my partner a few minutes to work the lift. I personally didn't feel safe in the lift.  The apartment was very clean but very small. The cellings were very low. The apartment was not like the photos showen. On the first day there was towels in the room. On the third day i asked reception could i get towels as the room wasnt serviced since we arrived. He told me that we already had towels, I explained that i need a fresh towel. After 5 minutes I got a towel. Never in my life had I to explain why i need a fresh towel. He told me that rooms dont get Servied and that if I need towels that they must be requested.  I noticed that the lift was always out  of use as other quest kept leaving the door open on after they used the lift. Finally the day we were checking out. We asked the lady to mind our luggage as late check in wasn't able, the lady said yes and opened the room for us to leave our bags in I asked for the number for the bags and she explained that she won't be doing that today as there's way to many check outs. I work in a hotel and I know this was just laziest.  I did received a number after a while. Words can't describe how happy I am to be home.

Returned last night from an amazing stay here. We were a party of 8 sharing four rooms. Every room we had (2 studios and 2 one bedroomed apartments). All rooms were spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Two rooms even had a washing machine and the other two dishwashers. The studios were in the eaves of the building and one had a small balcony with lovely views of the square and the other studio had a mezzanine bed area and skylight with views over the entire city. We honestly couldnt fault anything here. The location was brilliant just 3/4 minutes to the main square and there were plenty of bars, restaurants etc on the square outside the hotel if you didn’t want to venture far. We were in apartments in block A so had a beautiful vintage lift but if your in block b or c, there is no lift and the steps are many. No good for people with mobility problems. I’m quite fit and I struggled to the 3rd floor so I’d hate to walk to the 5th! This is something to be very aware of so you may need to request block A or a lower floor if you need to. I would highly recommend these apartments and we loved them so much we were sad to leave

Just returned from a fabulous stay at antique apartment it was perfectly situated with just a 2 minute walk to the old square we had a 2 beds apartment the rooms where perfect and very clean and everything you could possibly need . from the outside it could benefit from a good lick of paint but don’t let that put you off as the inside is lovely the only negative thing I have to say is the amount of stairs we had to climb (70 as we counted every time we used them) as this part of the apartment didn’t have a lift.

Antique Apartments Review As part of the package holiday booking we got a transfer from the airport, it took 30 minutes to get to the hotel, was very straight forward.Arrived at the hotel at 12pm on Sunday afternoon. At check in they required a 300 zloty safety deposit by credit card which was unexpected. There are 3 blocks all round one central courtyard. We got told we were in block C room 51, we thought okay no problem. However it turns out this was up 130 stairs, 26 steps between each floor which was very hard going. Only block A has a lift. The room was on the top floor and the roof was slanted which was very dangerous as it was the main walkway to the beds and one of the balconies. The room itself was lovely, 2 single beds, TV, kitchen and appliances, bathroom and balconies etc. There was a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, utensils, bowls/plates and cutlery. There was also a mini bar in the fridge which was chargeable. Towels were wrapped in plastic, shower gel and soap were provided, sanitary bags in bathroom, hairdryer was very powerful. The shower was well sealed and could control water temperatures very easily and also the shower hose could be brought off it's stand. Monday afternoon we paid to upgrade to a 1 bed apartment in block A room 1. This was very impressive. The rooms were huge, it even had standalone bath in the bathroom aswell. Would definitely recommend the one bedroom apartment. The hotel was in a great location too. We were here for 4 nights.
