Silver Dolphin Guesthouse & Restaurant

ホテルの清掃は行き届いていません。部屋もタオルも汚れています。キッチンも汚いので、食事も快適ではありません。洗濯物は汚れて返ってきます。ホテルでイルカ ツアーを予約しようとしましたが、最初は 15 ドルで、1 泊すると 20 ドルと言われました。その後、別の場所でツアーを予約しましたが、私たちが戻るとオーナーは私たちに話しかけなくなりました。ゲストハウスは学校の隣にあるので、カンボジアの学校の子供たちはよく歌うので、早起きする必要があります。うるさかったです。二度と予約しません。

The family who run the guesthouse were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I had to cut my stay short because I got no sleep in the private room I stayed in. The fan barely worked and the room was oppressively hot. Also, the flush did not work well (you had to put your hand in the water in the top of the toilet and I still could not get it to flush). Also, the tap suddenly exploded in the middle of the night. There is also a school next door, and the children are loud at about 6am when they start. I do not think it is well maintained there. It also looked dirty and there was mould on the ceiling.

Really friendly staff! I booked spontaneously and was the only one in the dorm. There is no AC but a lot of fans you can turn on if you’re feeling hot. You can watch the sunset from the balcony and the hostel is next to the river. Recommend. You also can book tours or eat something there. A lot of space to dry clothes if you come back from a hike.

Very good offer for the money you pay! The dorm room is very clean, with comfy beds and lockers. It also has a balcony with a nice view on the river. Location is quite central and you can book the dolphin tours directly with them. Big minus from my side though, as there is even a camera directly in the dorm room. This is too much of surveillance and no other hostel has this. When I asked why, the owner told me „it’s not a private room“.

The staff at the guesthouse were very friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. The location was also convenient and easy to get around from. However, the room itself was disappointing — the walls were dirty with webs, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and the bed sheets didn’t feel very clean. With some improvement in cleanliness, this place could be much better.

Awesome place to spend a few nights in town. Great food and great staff.

Nice place but can be better

Все хорошо. Очень хорошая цена) Можно арендовать байк. Рядом очень красивая набережная) Отличная хозяйка. Рекомендую)

Nie spodziewałam się zbyt wiele po tym miejscu. Oczekiwałam tylko czystego łóżka ale nawet ono nie było czyste. Miałam na pościeli mnóstwo zdechłych Pająków i robali, wokół panował bałagan i śmierdziało. Obsługa nie potrafi mówić po angielsku co dla mnie nie stanowiło problemu ale ta gwiazdka za obsługę jest zdecydowanie dla właściciela - napisałam że jestem zainteresowana wycieczką kajakową odpisywał mi bardzo niegrzecznie - zmienił ton kiedy zrozumiał z wiadomości że byłyby 4 osoby. Na szczęście znalazłam inną firmę.
