Hotel Dražica - Hotel Resort Dražica

The hotel/resort is old and outdated. It needs serious deep cleaning. The whole room smelled like smoke, dust, and mold. Shower tub has orange stains from people leaving their shower bottles there. Our AC was not working properly and the room was uncomfortably hot - also very uncomfortable to sleep at night. The staff was very nice when checking in and out.

Our stay here was just horrid! When we pick a hotel, two things are our biggest requirement: air conditioning and parking. We research for these items. The Air Conditioning in our room couldn't cool a small bathroom never mind a small room. We complained to the desk. They sent up a technician and he looked at me with sweat dripping down my face and said it was working. It was not working. This was a nicer hotel than we usually stay at, and with the price we paid, all we wanted was a place to escape the heat and sleep in a cool room. Neither was provided here.

Very kind and helpful staff. The problem is that the elevators are small (in terms of space) and slow, and there are only 2 of them. Before we moved to H-Dražica we had been staying in V-Lovorka, there the toilet tank overflowed and there was a lack of soap at the very beginning. It was better in the Dražica hotel. But - the light in the bathroom was no longer lit at the end of the stay. I think there is a problem with the maids, especially they should inform the hotel management about the shortcomings more often. The devil is in the details. Otherwise great.

It was not a luxury resort but one with a 3* or 3.5* rating. However, the service they rendered was very good and totally satisfactory!!! All the staff even the manager of the hotel was attentive, courteous and friendly. There were ample parking and we always had a spot at the disabled slot. Their WiFi also works well. Our room was clean, spacious, comfortable and equipped with a mini bar and safe. It had a balcony that provided amazing views of the Adriatic Sea. Our half-board (breakfast & dinner) was fine, nothing fancy yet good and it included unlimited non-alcoholic beverages plus local wine and beer. The pool unfortunately is quite small for a hotel that size! But anyway, it is merely just a few steps to the sea with refreshing, crystal clear waters. The utterly charming oldtown of Krk can be reach along a lovely promenade in just 10-15 leisurely stroll.. We actually found nothing to dislike except that it took forever to get an elevator during mealtime. For a hotel that size, mostly frequented by huge families, then it would be best to build 2 more...

The proximity to the sea. Sea view from the balcony. Delicious breakfast. Gorgeous clean Adriatic see. Walking distance from old town Krk. Just magical

The hotel situated very close to the old part of the city, within 5 minutes walk on a beachfront pass among old spruce trees. The beach is right in front of the hotel - rocky with ladders to the sea, but there is a small shallow bay too with small pebbles. The view from the hotel and from the beach too is breathtaking, we received two large rooms on the 5th floor. The service staff was very polite and kind with us, the food selection was great and tasty, much better than we expected from a 3 star hotel, there was a range even when arrived at the last 30 minutes. The WiFi was available even at the beach. The pool with the slide was a bit cold for our children, maybe it’s because it is under the shade of trees until afternoon. Highly recommended!

Dit hotel is 6 verdiepingen hoog en tijdens ons verblijf werd het hotel ook bezocht door twee reisgezelschappen. Het hotel heeft de formule van all-inclusive inclusief drank, tijdens het diner. Je krijgt dan het gevoel dat je in een "eetschuur" bent beland. Het eten is middelmatig, maar wordt wel regelmatig aangevuld. De kamer was ruim met zelfs een koelkast. De badkamer is aan de kleine kant. Pluspunt van dit hotel is wel de ligging aan het water en ook op loopafstand van het centrum van Krk en de haven.

Con la mia famiglia abbiamo passato 6 giorni al Drazica. Beh dire che ci siamo trovati benissimo è riduttivo. Tutto è stato quasi perfetto. Inizio con i pro: gentilezza dello staff, incluso le brave ragazze dell’animazione. Colazione e cena sempre diversa, abbondante e tutto buonissimo, con bevande illimitate (alcolici compresi. Anche la colazione è varia con bevande e cibo illimitati. Con un sovrapprezzo abbiamo optato per il pranzo. In questo caso le scelte sono limitate ad un primo (sempre brodo, da me gentilmente sempre declinato, ma che i miei figli mangiavano volentieri), un secondo con contorno e bevande illimitate… per tutti e 6 i giorni di soggiorno ho mangiato un piatto pesce sempre diverso dal precedente. L’albergo offre un parcheggio privato con sbarra, quindi nessuno può portarvi via il posto auto. Inoltre sono presenti 2 piscine; il nostro soggiorno comprendeva anche lettini e ombrelloni. La pulizia è un po’ spartana, ma la camera era sempre pulita e rassettata. La sera viene offerta animazione con giochi e musica, inoltre si possono gustare drink preparati dal bar. Riguardo i contro mi associo con le altre recensioni : purtroppo il Wi-Fi è pessimo, così come l’aria condizionata poco performante e rumorosa. La camera angusta, ma per dormire va benissimo.. se dovevo farci altro stavo a casa. Fuori dall’hotel a due passi troverete un mare cristallino contornato da una bellissima pineta. A 10 minuti o meno di cammino sul lungomare, vi troverete nella stupenda cittadina di Veglia con i suoi locali, il porto e la sua gente. Questa è stata la mia prima vacanza in Croazia e l’hotel Drazica è stata una scelta azzeccata e che consiglio.
