Such a beautiful place and beautiful staff especially receptionist Tanna she made us feel so comfortable and even suggested places to go and do. Food fresh and the cleaning staff amazing only regretting not giving tips but leaving this review hope will give them all pay rise.....Thank you

We was bit apprehensive what we will find but Ksmail was nice and the hotel was simply luxury as the name says. Lovely rooms, pillow bed, very clean. Breakfast was plenty and nice coffee. Eggs and bacon plus cold buffet. Would definitely recommend . Lovely staff too. And the price!!! We got 2 lovely rooms for the price of one in UK. We went to Maestro beach, had wifi and nice places to eat around and clean sea beach. 10£ per 2 chairs umbrella. The other beaches I found very busy and loud. We had lovely time :) Ps. Ksmail was half price to Corfu- on everything.

Very clean, slightly out from the hustle and bustle but I liked that as it is a bit more tranquil. Breakfast was great and reception staff helpful. I would return if coming back to Ksamil. Also the parking was plenty so no parking issues. Thank you for having us

This is an excellent, small hotel. Nice, clean and spacious rooms (we stayed in a double room with balcony), pretty terrace and good position (far enough from the centre so that you don't hear the music from bars/cafes), yet close to some of the best beaches (we spent every day at Ohana beach). BUT, what made our stay so comfortable were the people who work there - everyone: the restaurant and bar staff and the girls at the reception. Thank you so much for making our stay so great! They booked taxis for us at moment's notice, and gave excellent advice on where to go and what to do. They are superb at their job.

Very clean, freindly helpful staff and good breakfast. It is a 10-15 min walk from the main center but I found that beneficial as it was away from the night life noise

The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is very good. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Close walk to many beaches.

We had the pleasure to stay at Hotel Luxury during our week in Ksamil. The service and hospitality of the staff was excellent! We had a nice room with double bed which was cleaned every day along with fresh towels. The restaurant in the hotel is also something we strongly would like to recommend ⭐

We stayed 3 nights and was well impressed. We had been hesitant as all the Ksamil hotels are relatively cheap. The hotel was clean and the cleaners are evident in the communal areas. Breakfast was nice and fresh and ommlette cooked to order no exrra charge. Staff genuinely warm and helpful. We did half day at Butrint archilogical site well worth seeing and also drove to Peret to natural thermal spring a long drive through Girokaster. We had a superior side sea view room which was good size for 3 nights. Paradise beach just 5 mins away walk was nice and only 10 mins further to the main beach and view of the 3 islands.

Great hotel. All the staff were lovely. Nice big room and walking distance to the beach
