宿泊客が重い荷物を持って階段を上るのを容易にするために、ホテルは階段用の座席エレベーターを設置する必要があります。

1階の部屋にはゴキブリがたくさんいました。また、換気扇の音がうるさいです。 このタイプの部屋には値段に見合いません。

The cleanliness was average, and some corners of the room were a bit dirty. The towels also had an unpleasant smell. The location was still okay, but the soundproofing was poor, so it could get quite noisy at night. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful during the stay.

I enjoy the facility like new, just that no doing for I stay 4day 3 night if can improve will be better

Cleanliness was okay, however some rooms smell like smoke, although they did not allow smoking in the premise. Service was ok, staff at the counter is lacking tho. They provided a heating oven in the front desk, however it's spoiled.

Need to change room due to noisy toilet fan. Replacement room has issue with clogged sink. Overall it just like a budget hotel only. Othrr than that, a lot of food shop around.

Location so so, and the hotel only have 2 floor, so don’t have any lift, have to carry luggage to go to 2nd floor. Sound proof was poor here.
