シャワーの排水口が詰まっているようで、水はけが悪いのを除けば、すべて問題ありません。 ビーチへのアクセスの良さと景色が気に入りました。チェックインもスムーズでした。

The bedsheets and blanket have some stains and slight yellowing. The sliding door lock has not been repaired; worried that someone could enter through the balcony. The shower rod/pipe is leaking and has not been fixed, the water heater and water pump is not functioning.

I paid more for sea view studio but end up I get a green view studio, the floor when i enter a lot of sand as well and the mattress dirty. The sofa also dirty. The lamp spoiled also .

The worst experience I have stayed in an apartment. For 3 days two night stay they only provide a half rolls of toilet tissue. Not even one hanger to hang your wet clothes The kitchen don’t even have a dish cloth n a table cloth to wipe the tables. Will I recommend any one to stay there? 100% no!! Will I go n stay there again? 100% no!!! Will not even booked any apartments stay with trip . Com. again if trip. Com can recommend such a poor quality homestay.

Need repair and maintenance for safety. Did not provide ammenities such as shampoo. Missing heater suis cover

Great location as near the beach. Very clean and nice beach. Great to catch sunrise. The cafe opposite opened till 2am. So no worry about food. Food are cheap and good.

I had terible experience stay under this management. Beds full of bugs, toilet were VERY dirty. Ask the management to clean up the unit but the management changed my room, after change room, same problem occur, toilet still dirty, FLUSH BROKEN, can't flush. Only bugs dissapear in the second unit. Please check carefully before you check in. I dont understand they actively open these unit for rental. you better check carefully ya. Aminities all A+ under the Timurbay, only this management were the main problem.

Why is it necessary to hold the deposit payment for nearly two weeks? The apartment is quite nice and the cleanliness is very satisfactory. However, the issue is that the refund for the deposit takes almost two weeks, which should not happen.

The room was great. Studio with another small room with 1 single bed. Room was clean and the best thing is the view. Superb. Will come back again.

It's a very dirty room especially toilet. Smelly. And host take full day to respon a complaint.

Wonderful stay. Spacious room. Spacious swimming pool. Facing village and seaside. Really great vacation with low price. Two airconds available.

Good value for facilities, location and size of unit. Some maintenance issues, broken trim, chipped mug, Microwave and washing machine are perfect for the longer stay. Biggest complaint was being stuck at the property's security gate, with the car obstruction everybody else for nearly 15 minutes because there was no earlier instruction from Trip.com or Timurbay about the need to obtain a QR code via WhatsApp just to be able to enter the compound to register on arrival. This is a deal-breaker and certainly not a good way to begin a holiday. The security guard was working overtime to clear the other people with the same issue as me, so there is definitely a flaw in the system somewhere.
