Our family of 5 had a fantastic stay at The House. The grounds are beautiful, the staff friendly and responsive, and the house itself was beautiful and well-appointed. Really a gem of a vacation rental- our only wish that we could have stayed longer!

We stayed in the 3-bedroom house for a one-night quick stop and were thoroughly impressed. The hosts were lovely and extremely helpful, making our stay pleasant and stress-free. The property is surrounded by well-maintained and beautiful gardens, adding to the serene atmosphere. Its location is perfect—just a quick drive to the Hahei Explorer boat tour meeting point and a short drive to the Whitianga ferry point. Highly recommended!

The cottage was cosy and very comfortable with all we needed. Beautiful surroundings natural gardens with birds singing in the mornings. Private and quiet . The shower had good pressure and was spacious with easy access. The cottage was serviced and if more firewood was needed it was replaced and the bin was emptied. After two days the towels were replaced which was lovely to find on returning. We will look forward to staying again.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Church Accommodation and visiting Hahei, our only regret was not staying longer. We received a really warm and friendly welcome and the owners were able to give us lots of information on the area and particularly Hot Water Beach, which was really helpful. The cottage was well equipped, comfortable and clean. We had booked a breakfast tray, which was really good, and the town centre and attractions were close by. The grounds were beautiful and very well kept. Being able to use the laundry was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area.

The room was absolutely lovely, overlooking well tended gardens, it was the perfect place for a relaxing weekend away. It felt clean and fresh, and was within a few steps of the fabulous The Church Bistro, which we dined at. We borrowed spades and towels then visited Hot Water Beach, a short drive away. The service was friendly and inviting - I highly recommend The Church Accommodation.

The Breakfast was amazing and the hosts were super friendly and accommodating. The room was the cutest and had a very cosy feel. The location was quiet but also walkable to the Cafe and the Beach. Rustic and charming, perfect for a weekend of relaxation.

Travelling from Australia we had two nights in this beautiful accommodation. The cottages are unique, so quiet and everything you need for a short or longer stay. Lots of space in the cottage. Comfortable beds,large showers and quiet patio among a unique garden setting. The gardens are special around each cottage. We had a fire in our cottage and on one cold night it was great. The firewood is replenished every day. Room service if you want it. Owner very friendly and helpful with tourist attractions. The church house restaurant on site was wonderful. Easy walk to town for coffee. Would highly recommend.

Great location to explore Hahei and Hot Water Beach, only a 5min walk from the beach. Lovely accomodation for self-catering, with the option to add breakfast and have a meal in the bistro on site, free parking available on site. Have used this accomodation before and can recommend it. Very friendly staff.

Great location, relaxed and super helpful staff, and quirky but lovely accommodation. Easy walk to the shops and beach, bistro next door and a really good local pub (The Pour House). Gardens look great and beautiful birdsong in the morning too.
