A good stay with a serene view in the hotel. Accommodation was basic however was valuable and sufficed the short stay in Kuching. Surely will stay here again in the future. 😙

Very nice and calm hotel. Staff is very friendly, trying to do their best! We have a chance to check the room before booking, so we could decide did it suit to us or not. In the lobby you could find a lot of museum subjects, that is very interesting to look through. The room has everything you need: good sheets, shampoo, shower gel, water, tea, refrigerator (we don’t use). AC is located not so good - in front of the bed - it was cold when it works and I got ill :(. So the hotel is an old, you feel a little bit humidity in the room and a smell of old 😅, however it is easy to resolve- just open the window for ventilation. We stayed in the 3d floor unfortunately there was a problem with wi-fi. So check it before if you need it. Wifi works in 2d and 1st floor and you could use it in very nice lobby area. So this hotel is a good option. I like it

I am grateful that the hotel staff welcoming me with warm hospitality. In other side, what I can suggest to the hotel is that.. the brkfst meal option should be upgraded and being enhance frm time to time. The first day experience of my brkfst is that the fried nasi grg was very salty. But the on the second day, the taste of the food was improve by the chef.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Telang Usan Kuching during my visit to the beautiful city of Kuching. I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality that lasted throughout my entire stay. I can confidently say that this hotel is a hidden gem for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and a touch of local charm. The location of Telang Usan Kuching is superb. Situated in the heart of the city, it allowed me to effortlessly explore Kuching's vibrant attractions and immerse myself in its rich cultural heritage. The hotel's proximity to various landmarks, such as the Sarawak Museum, Main Bazaar, and the picturesque waterfront, made it an ideal base for my adventures. The room was immaculately clean, and the comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration. I was pleasantly surprised by its spaciousness. The tastefully decorated interior combined modern comfort with traditional elements, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

I felt like the cleanliness of the hotel could be better. Lots of ants everywhere, whether food or no food. The sheets were stained and had hair on it. The pillows were damped and needed to be washed. The showers like it was unsanitary. Asked the cleaners to do a deep clean and it didn't look any better. Cleaners do come everyday and are attentive but I felt I never got the full feeling of coming back to a clean room. They also came really early in the morning between 9-10 so if you're still in the room, it definitely won't get fully cleaned. The front desk was nice enough to help me find a room that didnt stink. After 4 rooms, we found one without odor. He even helped me switch out the pillow that stunk. If I was to return, it would be specially for that room 222. Otherwise, its a no.

Clean room... Easy parking.. Good location... Big room... Good water pressure... Overall very good..

I spent four nights in this hotel and I loved it. It is in very good location and the room is clean and comfy. The front desk people are very nice and helpful.

The hotel a little bit old but it got its own charms not like today's modern plain hotel. The staff are helpful. The room is comfortable, I got a really good night sleep.
