The resort is beautiful, located on lake side, has clean amenities, great service and a good restaurant. The only thing that could be improved is the size of the swimming pool as probably it's the smallest as compared to the other resorts in the area. Overall I recommend it if you can get it for a nice price.

妹の結婚式でバックウォーター・リップルズに4日間滞在しましたが、本当に素晴らしい経験でした。ハルディの儀式と披露宴はここで執り行われ、すべてが美しく準備されていました。スウェーデンからのゲスト全員もここに滞在しましたが、彼らもとても快適で思い出深い滞在になったようです。食事は素晴らしく美味しく、完璧に調理されていました。サービスチームは、あらゆる面で万全を期すために、期待以上の働きをしてくれました。彼らのおもてなしと細部への配慮のおかげで、ここで過ごした時間はさらに特別なものになりました。結婚式をとてもスムーズで楽しいものにしてくれたバックウォーター・リップルズのチーム全員に心から感謝します。

このリゾートが大好きです！チェックインからチェックアウトまで、すべてがスムーズでした。すべてのスタッフはとても親切で丁寧です。特に言及すべきは、予約担当のShyamさん、受付のIndraja、Deepamol、Piyushさん、そしてレストランのスタッフ全員です。シェフのJelsonさんは、私の食事制限に合わせて特別な料理を作るために大変な努力をしてくれました。また、南インド料理のシェフ、Ananduさんとすべてのスタッフも非常に親切で親切でした。ドアマンのAliさんもとても親切でした。私たちはエグゼクティブタワーの部屋に宿泊しました。とても広々としていて、大きな専用バスルームと、湖の景色が見えるバルコニーがありましたが、湖からは遠かったです。エアコンの効きもとてもよかったです。ベッドは少しゴツゴツしていて、枕は厚すぎて硬かったですが、それでもよく眠れました。敷地内を歩き回るスペースもたくさんあります。夕方のチャヤカダ、シカラボート乗り、エンターテインメントも料金に含まれていました。私たちからできる唯一の提案は、トイレの水洗がスムーズに行われるように、毎朝圧力ポンプをチェックすることです。また、食堂や部屋の清潔さも監督者が調べる必要があるかもしれません。

とても美しく優雅な空間で、とても丁寧なスタッフが対応してくれました！まさにケララの精神。まるで家に帰ってきたような気分でした。

We recently went for a day outing from Infopark to Backwater Ripples, Kumarakom, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The resort offers a peaceful and scenic atmosphere surrounded by beautiful backwaters, making it a perfect escape from the busy work routine. One of the highlights of the trip was the food. The buffet had a great variety of dishes, and everything we tried was fresh and delicious. The Kerala-style dishes were especially flavorful and well prepared. The snacks and refreshments served during the day were also excellent and added to the overall experience. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ensured that our group was comfortable throughout the visit. The property is clean, well maintained, and ideal for team outings, family trips, or a relaxing day with friends. Overall, Backwater Ripples provided us with great hospitality, tasty food, and a refreshing day in a beautiful setting. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Kumarakom!

It is very clean, has a beautiful garden, a pool with nice few of the lake and also the food was really great. Sindhu (the experience manager) took a lot of time taking care of us. She helped me with my skin problems by finding some good herbs, took lots of pictures of us, showed us the garden and gave us some fresh mangos straight from the tree. Also the reception was very friendly and helpful - they brought us some fresh coconut, answered all of our questions and also brought some breakfast to the room. An ayurvedic doctor gave us a lot of insight and we had a great masage, worth the money (around 25€ for 1 hour). There are events included, such as a boat trip with the sunset, guided walks, afternoon tea and snacks, and a lot more. All together it was a great experience.
