Awesome resort , sprawling property beautiful backwater. Good food is another plus of the resort. Loved their greenery & the quiet places to have a quick meditation / chanting session. Staff were very cooperative & warm. Even the washrooms were quite spacious & had all the required luxurious amenities. Didn't get time to try the spa,but it looked quite scenic from outside. Mornings are beautiful with countless birds chirping. While it was hot , room cooling was perfect. The resort has access to backwater

Beautiful location, peaceful ambiance, wonderful spa and best of all exceptional hospitality. The excellent staff made our stay very memorable. The staff were very accommodating to all our requests. And any minor issues were resolved quickly. We left with lasting wonderful memories.

My wife and I were traveling from Nepal down India to Kochi during the months of March and April. Our stay at the Zuri was nothing short of fabulous. The resort is immaculately clean and all of the staff are extremely warm, welcoming and will accommodate every need you may have. My wife had a massage in the spa from Amblini and said it was quite possibly her best massage ever. Now on to the dining experience. Chef Boban Thomas is a Masterful Chef that provided us with meals that are comparable to very high end dining experiences in larger cosmopolitan areas. The wait staff were attentive and knowledgeable we never wanted for anything. Thank you so much Nikhil, Supriya and Justin your are truly professionals at your job and we wish you the best in your future endeavors. If you need some spoiling and relaxation you must visit the Zuri

Excellent service including houseboat service as well as buggy ride by the reception staff. Staffs attitude Ravi& Nimmi were excellent & really helpful for last 3 days. Restaurant service was excellent with complimentary breakfast & tea.

Beautiful resort centred around a small lake, and connected to the main Vembanad lake. It’s a great place to watch local birds and squirrels. The bungalows are large and comfortable, with a balcony on the lake. On the amenities, the resort has 2 great restaurants, a fairly large gym, outdoor pool and spa. There’s also bikes to go around the resort (but sadly not allowed to take out). The entire staff has been really kind and helpful (Ravi, Nikki, Alan and the others).

Great experience.. staff were really friendly .. boating was special . Altogether great weekend. We had a great time with kids . Spa was awesome. Must try. Highly recommended for friends and family.. food also was really tasty and superb. ..

Our stay here was extremely relaxing and enjoyable. The staff was helpful kind, courteous and extremely professional. We will definitely be visiting very soon. Ten stars to Zuri. Sunset view is unparalleled. Speed boat ride with Shizu was breath taking. This place is epitome of beauty and hospitality. Supriya from Lime tree was sweet and an amazing attended.

Lime Tree is a fine restaurant that we visited. We were late and yet the Chef and his able team accommodated us. Nikhil was our cheerful and informative server who bent over backwards to make our experience memorable!! The Appams, veg stew, beef pepper fry, karimeen polichathu hit the spot!! I would return to this restaurant in a heartbeat

Undoubtedly the best resort in Kumarakom as per my experience and the ***agement is very well trained and they cater to the requirements immediately. Visit this place for a great stay and experience. The rooms are very spacious and are well planned. The view of the lake is also perfect and makes one feel very calm and relaxed.
