Had a really disappointed experience except the decent room. There was *no Wi-Fi* available, which was extremely inconvenient. Even basic drinking *water was chargeable*. The behavior of the *lady receptionist was not welcoming* and came across as rude. When we raised the issue about the unavailability of Wi-Fi several times, they responded with excuses about network problems and mentioned that nothing could be done except calling them. There was no effort to provide an immediate solution. The *bedsheets were not clean*, felt uncomfortable and when we gave feedback about the bedsheets, the receptionist responded by asking why we didn’t call to have them changed instead of acknowledging inconvenience caused and ensuring beforehand that the rooms were provided with well-maintained sheets. This response felt dismissive and did not reflect responsibility for maintaining basic room standards. She appeared uninterested and did not even acknowledge our concerns or offer an apology. Instead, she responded with a rude smile when we mentioned that we would be leaving negative feedback about our experience. This behavior was unprofessional and added to the overall disappointment of the stay. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations.

Room was nice, food was excellent we like it so much. One issue was there with the bathroom tap, and the staffs fixed it within no time.

It was a great stay. The hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. Food in I house restaurent was very good.

we stayed at kumarakom park resort for a night. it was an excellent experience and we had a good time..the room was neat,spacious and comfortable. the staff were friendly and helped us in booking a boat ride..

I had a wonderful stay at Kumarakom Park Resort. The ambiance was serene and the entire property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff were very hospitable and made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived — the security personnel even assisted with our luggage from the vehicle to the reception. On request, we were given a beautiful room with a pool view, and the pool itself was clean and inviting. Housekeeping responded promptly when we requested floor cleaning, which was much appreciated. The staff also guided us on nearby places to visit, and even the security team was informative and courteous. Overall, the service, attention to detail, and warm hospitality truly stood out. I would highly recommend this place for a peaceful and pleasant stay.
