シャープラ クンバル ヴィラズ(Shahpura Kumbhal Villas)

The property is spacious, big and has a good view but it is a old construction. Rooms are spacious with basic amenities. But it is under renovation which caused little inconvenience. IMO properties should mention that if it is a major renovation which will help traveler to make decision. Food (breakfast) is just average. I don't think it is worth considering as there are some good restaurants within 500m on both sides.

Property is located on the main road to the Fort, just four kms. They upgraded us and the view of Aravalli Hills was really amazing, especially sunrise. Welcome, room service, breakfast was very nice. The in-house parking is very convenient

We stayed here for two nights. The staff is welcoming and courteous. The room and hotel was very clean. The reception area, restaurant and the corridors are beautifully maintained. The breakfast was very tasty and had enough variety. It was included in our stay. We found the dinner rates on the higher side so we preferred having it somewhere else. The pool is open and was used by our kids (even though it was 20 degrees C outside). The room had room heated as well. It’s just 4kms from the Kumbhalgarh fort. The views from the room was breathtaking. I’ll definitely come again. I do have one suggestion for the ***agement though ~ please replace the table tennis table. It’s really in very bad shape and needs a net too! Please note: there is some construction activity going on in this hotel but it’s so nicely ***aged that it doesn’t trouble you at all.

Based on our one night stay, we felt the hotel has gone past its better days. Renovation work is ongoing and once completed may give the old look back but at present looks a bit forlorn. The lobby area looks fine and our room was huge with a big bathroom. The room also had a direct access to the swimming pool area. Unfortunately the room furniture looked old and we had a roundish iron bed which was simply uncomfortable. The bed linen also looked unclean. The bathroom had insufficient lighting and as advised by the hotel staff, we needed to keep the tap open for around 15 minutes to get hot water supply going. Our room had enough luggage space and a safe but the later didn't work. TV provided just some basic channels. Staff attitude and service were great. They helped us with our luggage and always provided service with a smile. Food was another source of disappointment. Both dinner and breakfast was a letdown. But on the positive side the poolside area provided me with the opportunity to witness a glorious sunrise.

Awesome hotel and interior with good services. Hotel food and staff are good. Welcome drink is served and ceckin process is very quick. Swimming pool is there which is very clean and at good location. Staff helped us in planning Kumbhalgarh fort visit. Car parking is plus here.

The pictures don’t match the actual state of the property. Half the hotel is undergoing repair/construction. The rooms are very large and clean but need major upgrade. The supposedly white sheets have turned yellow, they have huge padlocks on the doors (***** with the padlock a large, heavy key was provided which was very inconvenient to carry), the areas surrounding the windows were completely unfinished, with exposed bare concrete. The hotel utilized very antiquated appliances in the bathroom as well. Standard room amenities, such as the tv, were not uniform from room to room, as the tv in our room was quite small in comparison to that of the same sized room next to ours. And then there is the matter of the infinity pool, which was unsanitary and was in no way similar to what was advertised. The provided food had very limited variety, but the staff was nice enough to prepare us a separate dish to accommodate dietary restrictions. The fridge in the room was not plugged in and so it was essentially useless. As we had 3 people staying in our room we had to ask for an extra bed, which they wheeled in and did not set up, leaving the work for us. Overall the experience with this hotel was not at all great, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking to visit Kumbhalgarh.

This Place has an amazing view of Arravali ranges and is placed at a height where u have a beautiful view. Hotel has an amazing infinity swimming pool, staff is very friendly and attentive. Food was according to our taste. The Hotel is a very good option for someone who is looking to unwind and relax for two - three days. Shahpura kumbhal Villas has a feel of luxury and an amazing architecture and design..

Had a very good comfortable stay at Kumbhal Vilas.I only stayed for a night and didn't have much time to explore the hotel.But the rooms were clean and the food at the hotel was also delicious.Friendly staff and comfortable rooms.
