カリーネ・ホテル・クンボール(Carine Hotel Kumbor Superior)

酒店位於風景宜人的kumbor小鎮，有私家泳灘，夏天可下海游泳，曬日光浴。三餐全包，無須考慮餐膳問題

Arrived following a whirlwind coach tour with different hotels each night. Very efficient check in with helpful desk staff. Nothing too much for them ( and the same with all the other staff). Food plentiful (was on all inclusive package) and always something being freshly prepared (eggs or pancakes or chicken) at different meal times. ManGer (Ivan) always visible and working with his team. He is a great credit to the hotel and finds time to greet and chat to guests. Any problems seem to be quickly resolved. Guessing in high season the place takes on a completely different atmosphere but there are plenty of areas for relaxation.

Beautifully sited within easy reach of Herceg Novi ( by bus) and local beachside cafes a nd restaurants. Very helpful staff. Really comfortable rooms and beds. Easy access to the beach. Inside and outside swimming pools. A large restaurant but probably not large enough for such a big hotel in high season. Good breakfasts but variable quality of food for buffet style dinners.

The staff is very friendly and well versed with their job. Professionalism was evidenced and the team spirit exposed( Mickey) Some waiters were extremely pleasant and showed empathy and care Very supportive when it came to things that were not specific especially the language barrier

The pillows and quilts were very dirty. The staff were good. Always there when needed. Some of the staff were very good eg Ivan, Miki. The reception staff were always there whenever we needed help. Overall everything was perfect. I really had a good time

We stayed here for a week as part of our RSD organised tour to Croatia, Bosnia, and Monte*****. Will leave RSD for a separate review (dreadful!!). This hotel has so much potential. Unfortunately, it is run for the staff and not the guests! I have to start by saying the hotel is very modern and clean. All the rooms our party had were of a very high standard. We stayed at the end of April beginning of May. Not the season!! The hotel was full though. Not enough seating outside or sun loungers. None on the beach at all (not the season). Staff very upset if you moved a chair or table. The food was dreadful. Lots of recycling of food going on. No variety. Very bad. All inclusive drinks were a poor standard. The All inclusive bar is self service and located at the far end of the hotel so you have a bit of a trek. The bars finish at 11 for everyone, you are then expected to go to bed. There is nothing open later and you can not stop up to enjoy yourselves as you are told by the very rude and unhelpful night manager to be quiet. You have to leave a 20 euro deposit for a pool towel. If you want the change this it is a further 2 euro. Not a good experience and so so easy to fix the issues if they wanted to. Thankfully, there is a good little Marina, Portonvi, 10 minutes walk away with great restaurants.

Staff very friendly and professional. The management and his team made our friend ‘s 60th birthday a memorable day at short notice. They organised other staff members to sing happy birthday to our friend. Amazing hotel special thanks. See you next year

Pillows were very comfortable and also the beds very comfortable the staff was very friendly even though there was a language barrier but everyone was excellent good communication with management I can recommend anyone to this beautiful hotel and looking forward to visit again

I had a wonderful time at the hotel when celebrating my 60th birthday. The staff was good and very helpful. I will will come again next year. Ivan is best
