丘の頂上にあり、難易度の高いトレイルがあるという予想外のロケーションでした。でも、丘の頂上に泊まるので景色はとても良かったです😂 キナバル山がとてもよく見えます。フロントデスクは親切でしたが、Wi-Fiの電波状況が悪かったです。

ホテルのロケーションは、ヴィラに行くのにジャングルのようなエリアに入らなければならなかったので、とても冒険的でした。体験とカンチャナブリ山の景色は最高でした🤩🤩 私の部屋は、給湯器が動かず、管理会社に苦情を言ったのに何も対応してもらえず、凍えるほど冷たい水で入浴しなければなりませんでした。

ホテルは観光スポットから少し離れています。グラブルロード沿いなので、車道に入る前に車の安全と整備を確認してください。 キナバルビュールームに宿泊しました。朝の景色は本当に美しいです❤️ 全体的に見て、このエリアで素晴らしい景色と快適な滞在を楽しめるホテルをお探しなら、間違いなくお勧めです。

全体的には良い宿泊先だと思いますが、唯一の欠点は洗面所の水に「不快な」臭いがしたことです。

Pleasant stay..but the access road is gravel and steep..unfortunately did not get a good view of the mount kinabalu due to bad weather.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would like to start my review by complimenting all the staff ,from the receptionist, kitchen staff, to the housekeeping team. All of them truly deserve a 5-star award for their excellent service. The receptionist, Ms. Liza (if I’m not mistaken), was very kind and welcoming. I arrived at the resort around 2:00 PM without making any prior reservation, yet she patiently showed me every type of room the resort offers. After viewing all the room options, I made my decision, and the check-in process was smooth and easy with clear explanations given. The room was quite spacious, and an additional bed could be added with a small extra charge. Whenever I needed anything, I just had to make a call, and the staff responded quickly and efficiently. My stay included breakfast, and the food provided was good. For dinner, the restaurant also offers a variety of dishes, which is very convenient as guests don’t need to drive out to look for food. That said, I do have a few suggestions for improvement to make the stay even better. The beds could be upgraded, as they felt a bit old and not very comfortable. The Wi-Fi coverage also needs improvement, especially since the CelcomDigi network coverage in the area is quite weak. In addition, the television system could be upgraded. While the resort offers beautiful scenery to enjoy, sometimes the weather doesn’t allow guests to go outside, so having better in-room entertainment would be appreciated. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and truly appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality , I hope to visit again in the future.

View of Kinabalu Mountain really beautiful & surrounded environment with nature..recommended..the only cons is road to destination, its really challenging..but nvm 😁

The view of Mt Kinabalu from our room was spectacular. The hotel service is good, hotel staff allowed us to check in early. However, that’s pretty much it. The hotel toilet is quite dirty, water in the shower and sink is brownish/ yellowish, and the whole hotel feels very dated and stuck in the 1990s. The road condition towards the hotel is horrendous, in fact the road condition in most parts of Kundasang is terrible. The government really needs to do something about boosting its tourism economy. It is such a beautiful state, it’s a shame that not much love has been given by the government to make it more tourist friendly.

The room was moderately clean, but it is quite old and could use some refurbishment. We noticed ants and small bugs around the corners of the walls, which was a little disappointing. However, the scenery truly made up for it — the view was stunning, with a clear sight of Mount Kinabalu right outside the room. Waking up to such a beautiful view was definitely the highlight of our stay.

The location is quite deep inside and the road leading to the resort is a bit bumpy. The room feels slightly old, but still acceptable. Breakfast was okay, nothing fancy. The highlight is definitely the beautiful view — on a clear day, you can see Mount Kinabalu right from the resort.

The joirney from the entrance to the resort takes a bit of time. That was not a problem for us. The view of mount kinabaku, for me, was still visible enough to take pictures.

Breakfast good, simple. Service good. Cleanliness need improvement.
