このホテルはかなり新しく、旧市街の中心部から少し離れています。しかし、地下鉄の駅まで 1 分なので問題ありません。 ホテルは新しく、スタッフは親切です。しかし、車やタクシーからドアを開けてくれないので、少し残念です。また、荷物を持ってもらうには、自動的には運んでくれないと言う必要があります。大げさに文句を言っているのは分かっていますが、ここは 5 つ星ホテルですから...

Is a nice hotel, room v big Staff v friendly!! Location also very convenient

a short trip - transferring from Kunming to another city. Close to the railway station and bus station. However quite far from city center & other places of interests. Service is super nice and hotel looks very new and shinny. Good view in room too

Close to South Railway. New hotel so still room for staff development. Neat and clean though.

The hotel is still brand new, really clean with good amenities, the room is spacious and comfy, stayed at 36th floor with good view, the location is good, Wanda plaza just next door, easy to get around and just 7-8 minutes away from south railway station and about 30-40 minutes to downtown kunming, the staff on front office, the concierge and restaurant reception really friendly and helpful, good service, the breakfast is really good for only RMB 50 additional since I’m booking room only, the buffet dinner foods also good with many variety worth the price, the only down point is the service during buffet dinner, there many staff also the supervisor and manager around but no body really taking care of the guest, from the time you sit down on the table no body seems to care, the empty plates is piling up on my table and guest next table as well and no body care to take it away or change the cutleries (even some of the local Chinese restaurant have much better service than this), instead few staff get together in pasta section talking and laughing once a while smile with the guest but no service, hope it can be improved.

Great hotel. clean, large rooms, many facilities, nice staff, great restaurant and is built on a mall. very close to a metro station but far from the railway station and the city center is about 45 minutes from the metro station that is close to the hotel.

The hotel is very good and definitely worth the money. Only setback that taxi is hard to get. Other then this, all are good

這家萬達離南站很近，四五公里左右，打車十多分鐘就到了，也可以坐地鐵1號線，出行很方便。萬達大品牌，設施很好，房間也很大，服務很好很熱情，旁邊挨着萬達廣場，吃飯購物也很方便，不遠處還有一個七彩雲南商場，也很好逛，非常推薦。

乾淨整潔，設施基本齊全，地理位置也很方便。房間是給升級成了行政房12，很寬敞，窗外景色也不錯。不足的幾點是，枱燈燈光實在微弱，不適合寫字類的工作；然後就是房間不夠暖和，晚上睡覺覺的冷得慌。

萬達嘉華酒店，讓我感受到了熱情的服務，服務周到，前台熱情，房間寬敞，舒適。作為萬達酒店的常客，這裏的環境和設施都讓我感到滿意。酒店地理位置優越，周邊交通便利，周邊有很多濕地公園，冬天來啦，適合去看海鷗。非常滿意上入住。10

這次入住體驗非常棒的，環境優美設施齊全，禮賓服務好，餐廳不錯，地理位置好，酒店前台接待Lily禮貌熱情,房間也比較舒服,旁邊就是萬達商場，衞生乾淨，床墊很舒服,期待下次入住！

入住很滿意，房間安排的很好，符合我的要求，西面窗户可以看到遠處的公園，服務也挺好的，接待處熱情問候，打掃房間的阿姨也很細心，退房遺忘了東西，酒店主動聯繫我們，給我們郵回去了，效率很高，服務做的很好，5，五星好評。
