ホテルは綺麗ですが、掃除はいまいち。 タバコの吸い殻がそのままになっていました。 女性の長い髪の毛がトイレや浴槽にそのままになっていました。 異臭がしたので部屋を変えてもらいましたが、変えてもらった部屋も同じ臭いがしました。 どうやらトイレかシャワーの排水口から異臭がするのでホテル全体の問題のようです。 トイレの扉を閉めて換気扇をまわして寝ました。トイレを使うときは臭いを我慢しました。 部屋は静かだったので、臭いを気にしなければ、立地はよいし、サービスもよい。 安心して宿泊できるホテルだと思います。

Room and location was good. Except that the room smelled bad when I first entered - there’s an ashtray in the room so I presume is a smoking room. Requested for a non-smoking room at the front desk, but the receptionist said that they have it, but even so he cannot guarantee that others wouldn’t smoke. I clearly saw in the elevator that they have a floor labelled non smoking rooms - so was he trying to say that even non smoking rooms will smell like cigarettes? It would seem that he didn’t want me to change rooms. Also attached is a photo of what looks like a camera above the TV. Creepy much… just make sure that you cover it up with something.

Staff are friendly, very accommodating. Good coffee at the reception. Will go back to stay

Took advantage of the downtown location. It was great. Service top notch. Bed comfort cannot be beat.Excellent property and very convenient. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.

We really like this hotel and felt it was a good deal. It’s also pretty close to the metro station maybe too long blocks away. It looks very modern and high-end. And it’s only about two blocks to the lake front.  Breakfast was good but not great. negative is that all of the coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries up the hill about four long blocks.  there are also some restaurants near the lakefront, but we found that those were really crowded and really expensive and kind of tourist crisis. You are much more happy with the restaurants up near the coffee shops near the Orange hotel.

Love the location and friendliness of the staff.

A great location only minutes walk from PanJiaWan metro station. Hotel was very clean and we were given a free gift on arrival.

This is great hotel - in an excellent location in Kunming. Just a few minutes walk from Cuihu Lake, where all the snazzy cafes, bars and restaurants are - perfect if you’re a tourist with just a few days. The hotel is also just 10 minutes walk from Panjawan Second Hand Market which we loved - lots of opportunities for treasure hunting! The staff were super kind and helpful. Make sure to ask for a non smoking room if you don’t smoke - ours smelled strongly of smoke but we immediately informed the front desk and they gave us a different room. Would definitely stay here again!

很少主動給酒店寫點評，但這家真的很贊，位置非常優越在翠湖旁邊，講武堂步行幾分鐘可達，大堂很有格調很舒服，房間不大但衞生和隔音都不錯。二樓有洗衣機烘衣機，配獨立包裝的洗衣液，沒排隊就用上了。最後一天晚上因為天氣轉涼，服務員還逐個房間敲門送銀耳羹。如果再去昆明肯定還住這家！

酒店地理位置很好，交通便利，靠近翠湖公園和圖書館，逛累了就回去休息充電。 服務非常周到，有求必應，非常nice！ 有洗衣房，配有烘乾機，出門逛完回來就收拾衣服，很方便。 外賣由機器人送到門口，科技感滿滿！

陪家人來昆明看病，旁邊就是雲大醫院，第一次入住這裏，服務感覺超好，並且房間也是很乾凈衞生安靜，他們的早餐也挺豐富的，還有自助洗衣也是挺方便，前台還有免費的咖啡，旁邊就是翠湖，步行過去也是近，適合吃完飯去逛逛，還有嘉華鮮花餅，下次有機會還來
