凱儷城市美居ホテル(昆明万達広場)に泊まった方の口コミ・宿泊体験

場所は良いのですが、サービスが悪く、カウンターの受付係はあまり役に立ちません。外国人をあまり助けていません。

私が知っているメルキュールホテルとは別物だ。ひどいスタッフはクスクス笑いながら私たちの外国パスポートについて議論していた。部屋にはゴキブリがいて、ベッドシーツにはシミがあった。

Stayed here for 2 days. Hotel is located outside Wanda Plaza (Shopping Mall) , hotel entrance is directly opposite Mixue! A lot of food eateries below. Very very convenient. Room was spacious. There is a kitchen, washing machine. Nice view looking towards the city.

The hotel is spacious and clean. Quit far from old town kunming. The price is very affordable. The only tricky part was finding the entrance at first, as the location can be a bit confusing. But overall, I really love this room - definitely worth it!

Good position, quiet room. Just few km far from Okd Market, nice people.

Close to Kunming railway station & 5-10mins by car to Kunming railway station subway. 30mins to airport by car. At corner of building has Didi parking spot. Located at Wanda plaza shopping mall, lot of restaurants, shops, supermarket. Staffs were very friendly and helpful even they can’t speak English. Room is spacious,two queen size bed for stain room. Full amenities, washing machine but has no refrigerator. Room is bit older than photos shows in trip.com.

All good but you need to use translator to communicate with the receptionist.. and as usual toilet hotel at china usually don’t have bidet..

Overall the hotel is great except the room has a mild smell. Maybe it’s me being very sensitive to smell. But not too bad considering I’m only staying for 1 night. The entrance to the hotel lobby is right next to a convenience shop and you don’t have to enter the mall, so no need to worry about mall opening hours if you’re checking in late at night.

Good hotel, well located close to North Kunming Station The room was good and offered everything I needed.

Has nothing to do with mercure hotel brand. Location is nice but room was bit outdated.

The location is very easy to find, and front desk staff are friendly. The room is clean and they provided plenty of drinking water as the weather in Yunnan is dry.
