Excellent service, and cleanliness. Very nice overall. The gym is a bit small, but it has pretty much all you need for a short workout.

We enjoyed our 3- night stay at Taj Ganges. Friendly and courteous staff. Jayant at the front desk and Muskan in the Chowk restaurant were exceptional and took care of all our needs. Dilip made sure our room is well stocked and always greeted us with a small. The chowk restaurant can get some enhancements. The menu can be updated and also how food is displayed and served in pots with lids. I also feel that Chowk ***agement and staff focuses more on guests that order Ala Carte vs. guests with lunch and dinner buffet option. We had paid for 3 meal buffet via *******, but looks like hotel prefers people to order. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

We were particularly very pleased with the attention and care we received as Senior Citizens at the dinning hall on all 4 occasions - particularly from Ms. Tanu. We observed that everyone in your team are well motivated to serve all guests. This is a great achievement as an organization.

Overall everything about this hotel was great! We loved the welcome necklace and bindi, but the food, was THE BEST OF THE BEST in the entire India!!! Dinner at the restaurant was superb, and the breakfast at the other restaurant was OUTSTANDING!!! Special thanks to Aryan who was the waiter at our table. He gave us food recommendations, he explained to us valuable information, he was so attentive and friendly, he made our culinary experience THE BEST!!!

The hotel is very clean and comfortable,it is far from city hustle bustle .Only thing is it is far from temple.. Exceptional staff, Hospitality was excellent!! Outstanding service by Navneet in Chowk and Guru in V***na. Navneet the cake🎂 was yummm…👌👌👌. Thanks to the entire Taj Ganges team for this wonderful experience. Good work ..!!!

The Taj experience is missing at this location. Had to wait for more than 90 minutes to check in. The signature Taj hospitality for which I came back to this property is no where, unfortunately.

Taj Ganges is wonderful place to stay. It is vibrant and has enchanting a**osphere.

We bought some clothes from the Taj facility (name of the shop is Shanti), they promised that it will be delivered to us by Tuesday at our addressed. Unfortunately we never received the package by Tuesday. We are still waiting. They should not promise if they can’t keep their promise. This shop is in Taj facility but I think they affect Taj’s reputation if they can’t provide the service by promise date.

It’s an excellent property with mixed bag staff members. The restaurant chowk is a delight. The travel desk is worthless and there’s a particular person who was definitely up to no good during our stay, ever sulking and always looking constipated, as if speaking to us was giving him acidity. Restaurant staff members are good and efficient. Complimentary check out was given till 1:30 pm but we were called twice around 12:10 and 12:55 asking when can the luggage be brought down - basically asking when will we leave. Front desk Staff doesn’t communicate with each other it seems. On the day of check in one of the staff member who helped us check in couldn’t believe that our room rate included breakfast lunch and dinner and was trying to wiggle out by just providing breakfast. She had to be shown the reservation and she kept on saying “unbelievable” how can this be ? How can all meals be included in this room rate? As if she personally was getting affected because the room rates included all meals.
