위치가 바다 바로 앞이어서 위치가 좋습니다.! 직원분들도 항상 웃는 얼굴로 친절하십니다 아침 조식은 한국인들에게는 맞지 않을 수도 있지만 깔끔하고 나름 여러가지 종류가 있습니다 특히 조식을 루프탑에서 먹기 때문에 아름다운 바다 전망을 보실 수 있어요😆

The hotel is in a great location and the rooms were small but clean, Didn’t have much engagement with the staff other than the cleaning staff who for me were relentless and terrible, They start knocking your door from 9:30am trying to get you up then shouting from outside the door asking when you’re leaving. Or if you’re in the shower they’ll knock the bathroom door asking to come in and if you ask them to come back in 30 minutes so you can get dried and dressed they’ll just tell you they’ll be back tomorrow. If you are looking for a relaxing hotel this is NOT the hotel for you as I found myself getting annoyed everyday by them.

Great stay at the lovely hotel. We booked a twin room for 5 nights. Bed was comfortable and fluffy pillows. Room cleaned everyday. Reception staff Gakhan and Musa were always on hand. Friendly and accommodating any requested. Printed off out boarding passes and answered and questions we had. Fulya was friendly and extended our room reservation without any issues. Overall, a good experience and would definitely use this hotel again. Good location and easy reach of amenities. It was a quick trip for dental treatment and everything connected well.

First things first: huge THANK YOU to lovely staff, who let us stay 2 hours longer than official checkout time. We had transfer in the evening so they offered us to leave our baggage in a locked storage. Great service by the maid as well. The price of stay was reasonable, breakfast great. Lovely view of sandy beach and Marina. Strategically placed in city centre. Stores, pharmacy, beach, bars & restaurants, market... all in a few minutes walk radius. Hotel itself seems to have seen better days some 10 to 20 years ago, but it just added to its charm. We enjoyed every second of our stay. Will come back in spring. And that's a promise! my friend fell out of her bed as the base was 2foot and the mattress was 3 foot we had to get the night staff to help as she is 75 and trapped between the bed and the wall also when the mattress was uncovered it was very dirty

Our stay was good, the location is excellent, very close to the beach and to restaurants. Breakfast was fair. But the internet in the rooms was very bad

We came last year with my family and we really enjoyed our time, this year we came again because there’s activities for everyone. The team are welcoming and smiley and remembered us from last year. The food is delicious and there’s always something for everyone. The animation team are great at their job and keep energies high all day. The activities are a must-do and there’s always something to do.

The rooms are compact but spotless.very small balconies with 2 plastic chairs. Maintenance is of a low priority as our balcony glass door was practically impossible to open.This defect was reported to reception and the door now opens but won’t lock, they also broke the glass safety glass on the balcony rail. Food is very basic with no choice the past two evenings and the same sweets every night. Breakfast is very boring, only boiled eggs and salad, not even a toaster to make toast. Fruit juice is watery cordial and flavourless and the coffee machine makes week milky liquid that doesn’t taste like coffee. I would only rate this hotel a max of2 stars overall and would never stay here again.
