清潔、フロントのスタッフは親切でフレンドリー、場所は清水寺に近い、トイレは十分な広さ、ウォーターサーバー、製氷機、アイスペールがあり、宿泊者が使用できる唯一の欠点は、清掃がないことです。サービス（別途料金が必要です）

私は一人暮らしなので、エキストラベッドを追加する必要はありません。部屋は1人で泊まるには十分な広さで、2人で泊まることもでき、スーツケースを置くスペースも十分あります。上の階に行くときに指定された場所から歯ブラシと歯磨き粉を取ってくる必要があります。そうしないと、バスルームに歯ブラシも歯磨き粉もありません。この場所の一番の魅力は、祇園四条に非常に近く（10分以内）、清水寺にも非常に近く（徒歩わずか12分）であることです。四条や各駅へのアクセスも便利です。近くにスーパーマーケット（5〜6分）があり、とても便利です。周辺にはお寺や神社がたくさんあります。
