My safe was broken and I had a bad experience, they took my money and when I got so upset they dropped some of the money at the door of my room and 800.00 was taken from my cash. I asked to see the video to see who’s went to my room , the manager refused to let me see it and gave me 15 minutes to leaven , I was there for 3 nights and I didn’t finish my 10 nights stay, I was treated like a prisoner and I was not allowed to have my refund so I could go to an another hotel . Very painful experience.

We arrived earlier then the check-in time and asked to only leave the luggage, but the staff was so nice and thoughtful they allowed us an early check-in free of charge. In both stays we had we enjoyed a wonderful experience with the staff, the cleanliness, the AMAZING shower, and all the amenities. It's a pleasure to stay in a place where you feel you're in good hands and safe!

由於第二天要趕飛機，所以預訂了距離機場最近的一個酒店，出租車到酒店五分鐘左右，晚上差不多九點四十左右到酒店辦理check in，前台接待如果沒記錯名字是Micheal，非常友好，看到證件後就告訴我看到了我的訂單，房卡和入住單已經提前做好了。房間很乾凈很大，因為要打印文件他也很友好的幫忙打印了而且還詢問了因為重要所以給了單面打印。説實話因為太累了睡得很踏實。 早餐也還不錯，但是因為不餓所以吃的特別簡單，checkout很迅速，立刻打車到機場checkin，一整套流程很迅速。

세번째 숙박입니다. 직원분들이랑 소통이 잘되고, 요청사항 잘들어줍니다. 룸도 넓고 쾌적합니다. 조식포함이라서 좋아요. 런치박스가 없는게 조금 아쉬워요 콜밴도 불러주고 세탁시설도 잘 이용했습니다. 다음 출장시에 또 예약해볼게요. 있는동안 잘 숙박했습니다. 감사합니다.
