If you are looking for a vacation where they can lose weight, then this hotel is the right choice for you. For lunch and dinner, you get three meals, although you have paid for an all-inclusive light package. It was more like light than all-inclusive. For lunch we had only watermelon as dessert. For dinner, only one pastry. The options were either pasta with tomato sauce or seafood, for which you had to go to the counter for someone to serve you, so you wouldn't take too much. As if that wasn't enough, these meals were never warm, always lukewarm. Pork once a week, otherwise only fish and sometimes chicken. The self-service food included tomatoes, cucumbers, corn, black and green olives, baguettes, and some mixed salads that you didn't even know what they were because the dish names were not written anywhere. Dinner tables were assigned, you couldn't sit where you wanted. If you want to eat on vacation, don't go to this hotel. The rooms were clean, but I couldn't stay on the balcony because a lady next door was constantly smoking. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms. The hotel pool was always empty, I wondered why, and then I tried to get in myself. Ice-cold pool, not for me, and I dare say not for others either. The nearest beach to the hotel was smaller, and the hotel had its section there. Some days the sea was clean and clear, other times it was brown and dirty, and sometimes there were waves so big that no one wanted to get in. We flew with the travel agency Čedok, there were no major problems, except that I asked on Čedok's website if you can pay for excursions at their delegate's location with a card. The response was yes. Upon arrival, the delegate told us that he didn't have a terminal and that maybe he would have it next week. Apparently, they have some chaos in that regard.

The breakfast was the big disappointment. All the foods that is supposed to be served hot or to be kept in heated counters were kept on the tables. The scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages everything was cold and not pleasant to eat. The coffee tasted like metal. The hotel reception and rooms have no character and looks like hospital. The bar area is nice. The outdoor pool was freezing cold. They have a indoor pool with sauna but charges 25 euro per person for 55 minutes which is ridiculous. The hotel overall was very clean. The staff are really helpful. Special shoutout to Andrea and Mateo. The staff are truly the best.

A nice, clean, friendly hotel, good location, just lacking a little bit of style, character and life. The staff where friendly and helpful, the rooms spotless and well equipped, breakfast was even ok, so nothing really to complain about, and I would return, but the whole hotel was very "clinical" no style, just white box rooms, no nice lounge, no bar to sit at indoors etc. Ok this was Early October, so off season, but there wasn't even any people, I didn't see a single person in the pool most days (its freezing cold), nor at the outside bar (only bar) of an evening, so there was limited atmosphere too. Absolutely 0 entertainment any evenings, again due to being off season. The spa was great though, had to pay 25 euro to use it, but warm pool and nice steam room etc.

Santina was the perfect choice for our holiday during the high season. The hotel was not crowded, which allowed us to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The atmosphere of the hotel was also unique and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The personnel at the hotel were exceptional, providing excellent service and going above and beyond to help with anything we needed. Special thanks to the Manager of the restaurant for the professionalism, availability and customer care. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was conveniently located close to the sea and offered beautiful views. One downside to our experience at the hotel was the coffee served at breakfast. While the rest of the breakfast options were excellent, the coffee was not up to the same standard. However, this was a minor issue and did not significantly impact our overall enjoyment of the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend the boutique hotel on Saridinia to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable hotel experience. The combination of a peaceful atmosphere, excellent personnel, and beautiful location make it a great choice.

Hotel propre et neuf , mais j'avais l'impression d'être à l'hôpital. Nous n'avons pas aimé l'ambiance dans l'ensemble et au restaurant . L'isolation avec le couloir n'est pas top et ce n'était qu'au mois de mai donc pas beaucoup d'affluence. Cela ne nous a pas plu dans l'ensemble mais il n'y a rien à dire de mauvais , c'etait juste pas pour nous . Nous avons trouvé qu'il n'était pas bien situé .

Valledoria: un piacevolissimo angolo di buongusto e confort in una località, non brutta, ma che ancora conserva strutture del passato non adeguatamente mantenute nel tempo. La struttura è nuova ed ottimamente curata, negli spazi verdi anzichè le camere, che nella loro semplicità, offrono ampio spazio e pulizia. Assolutamente eccellente la prima colazione che offriva di tutto, dal salato, al dolce con almeno 4 o 5 torte freschissime ogni mattina. Penso sia impossibile lamentarsi. In un ultimo e non ultimo, come mia consuetudine, un particolare grazie a tutto il personale, nessuno escluso, servizio camere, sala pranzo, cura degli spazi verdi, reception, che con il loro lavoro contribuiscono a donare alla clientela piacevoli giorni di riposo e benessere.

Vorrei proprio dare di piu ma non ce la faccio...struttura nuova e ben strutturata, staff gentile e disponibile ma qualità poca. Pulizie che non sono pulizie, lasciano molto a desiderare, A VOLTE cambiano gli asciugamani e null'altro; cibo di colazione e cena (avevamo mezza pensione) veramente di bassa qualità, con poca varietà e se un vassoio finiva non veniva sostituito, alle 21 ( in teoria orario fino alle 21.30) rimanva solo il piatto forte, patate e cornetti... dolci da supermercato e niente di tipico, la sardegna offre così tanto. Piscina molto bella e scenografica ma con sabbia sul fondo ch permaneva per giorni interi. Ultima nota dolente la spiaggia...non è certo colpa dell'hotel ma spiaggia molto stretta, ci stava solo una fila di ombrelloni, niente doccia. Acqua trasparente ma molto vento, forse sfortunati noi. Presente anche una spa ma a pagamento anche per gli ospiti e non certo a prezzo ragionevole, carta di credito anche solo per fare una sauna o un bagno turco. Purtroppo le potenzialità sono molte ma poco sfruttate, è veramente un peccato

Décidément, il n'y a qu'en France qu'un hôtel 4 étoiles veut dire hôtel de bon standing... Cet Hôtel est joli, mais... Les chambres ne sont pas toutes avec terrasse et elles sont très mal insonorisées... Nous avons pris la prestation avec le petit déjeuner, et honnêtement pour avoir fait d'autres hôtels 4 étoiles sur d'autres îles (baleares, cannaries, crête,...) le petit déjeuner ici n'était pas bon et de mauvaise qualité... Les jus de fruits sont industriels (poudre diluée dans de l'eau), les viennoiseries et autres sont également industriels... Nous avons bien aimé le bar et la piscine. Pour ce qui est de l'entretien des chambres, il arrivait que les femmes de chambre attendent presque derrière la porte que nous sortions pour pouvoir faire le ménage, on se sentait pressés. Nous avons eu un lit double (enfin 2 lits collés pour faire un lit double) avec des draps qui ne couvraient pas complètement le matelas, je me suis retrouvé à dormir à même le matelas (ce n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles). Le sol dans les chambres n'a pas été assez bien lavé et nous sentions encore le sable par terre après le passage des femmes de chambre. En bref, l'hôtel est beau, mais les services proposés ne sont pas dignes d'un 4 étoiles... Je ne recommande pas. (Je fais l'impasse sur la sorte de taxe de 126€ que nous avons dû payer à notre arrivée et ce pour seulement 6 nuits, INCOMPRÉHENSIBLE que ce soit aussi cher)

Esperienza unica! Bellissima struttura, non potevamo scegliere di meglio. Abbiamo optato per una camera vista mare, molto spaziosa e luminosa. Buona anche la pulizia! Piscina enorme, ottima atmosfera, sia per famiglie che per coppie. Hotel 4 stelle super meritate! Lo consiglio ..
