Excelente lugar me gusto mucho el trato de el personal volveré definitivamente 🥰🥰

We stayed as part of our tour across Costa Rica. Stunning view of the volcano on our first day but unfortunately it was covered in cloud for the remaining three days. The staff were helpful and cheerful. The room was great in size, the lighting could be better and the bathroom was shabby but the fridge was helpful. The restaurant was OK but the quality of food for the cost wasn’t great.

My husband and I stayed here in April and we loved it. Though it has a little age on it, the suites are super comfortable and clean. They are spacious and the amenities weee fantastic. WiFi in the rooms, hot springs, breakfast buffet, mud bath, and some tours are included. Each suite has a view of Arenol. Our housekeeper did a fantastic job and let a lovely towel animal and fresh flowers on our bed each day. We were welcomed with fresh juice and a fruit plate. It is about 5 miles from La Fortuna which is convenient.

Excellent hotel, the staff was friendly, my suite with stunning view of Arenal volcano, the termal pools clean, pool bar with good choices for cocktails and snack, the restaurant also good with buffet breakfast and large menu choices for lunch and dinner. Also had great service to book tours at the surrounding areas. And a Spa to relax after.

Wish the wet bar was open longer but overall we had a nice stay. The pillows were amazing and I have been trying to find out the name and brand but they haven't been helpful. They just said shannon pillow but when I look it up online to find it I am not finding anything. If anyone knows the pillow brand there that would be fantastic.
