Worst resort to deal with. We had made reservations and pre paid for stay at the resort from 12/26/23-12/29/23. Due to sudden death of my mother on 12/2623 we had to cut our vacation short and return to the US. Despite providing them the paperwork from the hospital where my mother was taken, they refused to reimburse the money prepaid for the stay. I Will NEVER stay at he resort again and given their lack of professionalism would never recommend them to anyone. Dealing with them was worst possible experience for me.

Lovely grounds. Room had a great view of Arenal Volcano (room 23). Room had mini-fridge. Breakfast buffet is very good, lots of selection. Restaurant for dinner is pricey. Excellent location to get to La Fortuna and surrounding activities. Pool is very nice as well as thermal pools. Could do with a few more loungers at the pool. Would definitely return

This property is beautiful clean and just overall amazing I will be staying here again if were to come back to Costa Rica one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in the country by far !!!!

Great location and the staff could not have been friendlier. Breakfast was amazing. The thermal spas need an upgrade as the Springs or Los Lagos both have better thermal experiences but Arenal Manoa was very quiet and clean.

This is a beautiful property with amazing views of Arenal Volcano. We were treated wonderfully everywhere we went. Concierge couldn’t have been more helpful with suggestions and booking excursions. The pools and hot springs were welcoming after a day of adventure. Would absolutely return.

The scenery was very nice and resorts were well maintained. The room provided private experience. The only thing is there is nothing in the walking distance.

This is an absolutely beautiful property spanning about 25 acers. The rooms were in duplex structures nestled into the thick vegetation. There are a lot of natural areas and you generally cannot see other structures from your room. Many types of birds and lots of bird sounds. Very relaxing. Some of the rooms have a direct view of the Arenal volcano. The in room coffee (Rey Café) was undrinkable. The coffee at breakfast was fair but a big disappointment for Costa Rica. Breakfast buffet was good but no bacon.
