景色優美，花園做得非常美麗。

The view of the volcano here is amazing (when the clouds clear), absolutely beautiful. We stayed in a bungalow and it was very spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast was great and served early which was perfect for us to get on our way to our excursions. Parking was good we always found a spot. There are a few dining options around here but not many, it is very helpful to have a car as it is about 15 minutes outside of the main area. For us the location away from the downtown was perfect and a much quieter option.

Stayed in a bungalow. It needs modernisation, everything seems quite old, except the shower room seemed a bit newer. The sheets had stains on them so we requested they change them. Breakfast was decent. It’s a bit difficult when not all of the staff speak/understand English.

Very nice property. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Easy to move around with Uber. Our room was on the ground floor so it got easily wet. Could not find dryer to dry clothes.

Great view of the volcano, nice pools, dehumidifier and AC in the room! A bit noisy being on the 1st floor, but great deal for the price

The property has an amazing view of Arenal and we enjoyed it. This property needs some upgrade/update but otherwise good.

Great location. Nice pool and view to the volcanoe. The bed clothing had a humidity smell. Its probably as it rained a lot during two days

Very beautiful hotel, all is individual unit, big room, separate shower and bathroom, more convenient, receptionists are very friendly and helpful for activity booking. parking space is kind of small as it is crowded, other than that, no complains.

The view of the Volcano is fantastic, but it can not make up for the fact that the facility is missing so much in terms of both comfort and common sense. Not having normal latches on doors is insane, not having a mini fridge or microwave is unfortunate. But the unforgivable is not being able to clean all the sheets, towels and pillow cases appropriately. Everything was soiled, stained, smelled of human prespiration or other bodily fluids including possible blood stains on one pillow case. There is a lot to fix. Staff was OK, but they did lie a lot and looked out for making a quick buck when booking transportation.
