Bumpy start on arrival. Arrived in the night and given a map to find our room that entailed many lifts on different levels. Took an hour to find the room pulling luggage around with us. We spoke to reception and were offered a different room for the following day. 2nd room was perfect. Only 2 lifts required, overlooking the quiet pool with a huge balcony. Staff brought our luggage over to us in the new room and complimentary drink, fruit and spa treatment gifted to us. Cannot fault the care and attention of the reception staff and the Jet 2 rep - Rebecca. Quiet pool was beautiful, breakfast had everything you could think of. Had a champagne breakfast on the last day. Would definitely return and would specify the area and level that we’d like to stay in.

Our 4th time staying at the apar**ents and we will definitely return again. We can't fault this place. We've travelled as a couple before and also now with two children. The apar**ents are perfect for a nice quiet holiday. Away from the hustle and bustle of the busier resorts on the island. We love the apar**ents mainly for the huge balcony. It was ideal for us with two young children. They could be left to wander around the apar**ent and balcony when they weren't at the splash pool. The staff as usual were fantastic and nothing was ever a problem to them. My daughter especially loved the mini disco each night. This was made even more special by the animations team of Karolina and Naomi. They were fantastic and full of energy for all the kids. My daughter can't wait to go again next year! The apar**ents are a 10/15 minute walk to the marina where there are plenty of restaurants. There are also some across from the apar**ents and the hotel next door usually do good shows/entertainment which you can avail of. Already looking forward to our trip again next year!

My husband and I really enjoyed our first visit to this hotel..it was so relaxing all thanks to the lovely apartments with the huge balcony, where we spent most of our time. We went half board and overall the food was good. Great supermarket opposite where you can buy practically everything. Nice promenade walk down into mogan..about 10mins..with lots of bars restaurants and shops. Sadly we were only there for a week, but are now looking to book again for September. We loved every minute of our holiday, the staff are all nice and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Cant wait to go back .Thank you mogan valle for a brilliant week.

We stayed here back in 2016 and returned this year. It’s a great economical option as there are lots of facilities in the hotel but you are also near shops restaurants and the beach. The staff are nice and helpful, although the lifeguards are pretty strict and in some cases over zealous. I would recommend taking a superior room.

Fantastic two weeks here. Well maintained. Huge apartment with very large balcony. Buffet was good. Enjoyed two hours in the spa. Three good sized pools. Free yoga, pilates, and Spanish lessons. Live entertainment. And pretty cats and kittens 😸.

Great stay. Lovely complex, great facilities and good variety of pool areas. Apartment was excellent, clean, good facilities, big balcony with sun beds and dining area.Really enjoyable stay with no real serious issues. A slight problem was a gap under the front door which allowed the occasional cockroach to get in to the room but apart from that everything was fine. Also, the cleaner we had was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this complex.

The overall site for Mogan Valle is large ,but as apartments are in small 3 story blocks with lifts between floors(or steps) you are not aware of this in your apartment. We had superior apt which was on top floor. Good view over coloured rooftops to the sea. Apartments are huge with astroturfed balconies with table,chairs and sunbeds. Also a shower. The quiet infinity pool for adults was great. Other pools on site as well. Reception staff are helpful and friendly. Didn't eat there as supermarket was opposite main entrance for all our needs for breakfast. Restaurants around beach and port were plentiful for evening meals. Walk to beach is along a level paved pedestrian pathway...about 10-15 mins..... Lovely week and would recommend and would return.

Our 4th time back to these lovely apartments! This time the entertainment /animation team really were the best ever! Michelle, Sara and Isabella are amazing- full of energy and fun! Our 2 boys ran into kids club every day! The pools and splash park are amazing and the staff throughout the complex friendly and attentive!

This hotel is really nice we went self catering in a 1 bed apartment The apartment is spacious and clean the furniture and furnishings are top spect the bathroom is very spacious and has the best walk in shower . The beds are very comfortable and the bedroom has plenty of storage space .The bedroom and the livingroom patio doors both open on to a very private balcony with table and chairs 2 sun loungers and a outside shower .they have put a lot of thought into everything about these apartments.The maid service cannot be faulted .All the staff are friendly and helpful . I would highly recommend.
