Lovely hotel with great breakfast too. Location next go park which made it a little scary returning at night as quiet dark roads to walk along. Lovely stay and safe car parking too

This Novotel was good. Nice room (520) , - and cozy restaurant and nice small pool. Friendly personal. Very within small walking distance to both old town and the harbor.
One bad thing: Please cut out this meaningsless "telling room number" to breakfast. Everyone can say a number. And someone did. Up on our check out, they want to charge us for a brekfast we never did enter. Must be very easy to just put up a scanner, and scan room key card when enter for breakfast ?Even more easy just to let it be included in room price.

I cancelled more than 24 hours in advance due to a flight delay and was advised that the refund would be processed through *******. When ******* contacted the hotel to process the refund, it was denied. That is a dishonest practice to refuse to refund a cancellation.

The room was just Ok. The Air Conditioning was controlled by the front desk. A little cool during the day and at night had to sleep without any bed covering. The room should have been much cooler for the price. The mini bar was not very cold at all.Was told it is just a Mini bar not meant for food just drinks. Well I have been in many hotels and all mini bars have been cold to very cold. Next time will stay in the 4 Star next to the Aquarium in town. Tried to stay next to the Aquarium but was all booked for the 5 nights that I needed to stay.
