Great location as a guest house and a true local experience. Good for serving as a home-base for those travelling around the cinque terre.

Stayed 1 night in this hotel only because it was fully booked! ): Location wise - excellent. Walking distance from La Spezia train station, only 8 min walk. Manageable with luggages. Walk to city center and port is also easy and around 15mins only. Because of the good location, we didn’t have to spend on Transportation! Nearby there are many shops to get water, there is also a Carrefour 300m away. Safe area with lots of local shops. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. There is a nice balcony to chill like an italian. They provide basic toilet amenities and even 2 bottles of water. Toilet is clean. Only bad thing is water pressure is quite slow so bath time takes long. However, the large and spacious room makes up for it. Room is also very quiet for a good night’s sleep. I slept very well. Check in office is at another location around 100m away from property. Do note it is not at the same area. Plus point is property had a small elevator for heavyweight luggages. Most italian buildings do not have elevators Will definitely recommend this place! Very convenient and affordable. Highly recommend!

This is a fantastic homestay with spacious and tidy rooms, and a great balcony. The mini bar is excellent and the TV is smart and high-quality. The service is exceptional, with an early check-in option and patient explanations of sightseeing tips for the Cinque Terre area. The multiple door locks provide a sense of security. Questa è una fantastica casa vacanze con camere spaziose e ordinate, e un bellissimo balcone. Il minibar è eccellente e la TV è intelligente e di alta qualità. Il servizio è eccezionale, con l'opzione di check-in anticipato e pazienti spiegazioni di consigli turistici per l'area delle Cinque Terre. 房間偏小，洗澡的時候只有冷水才會正常水量，溫水或熱水水量真的非常小，需要洗很久才能沖乾淨身上的泡沫，如果不是很在意洗澡水量的，周遭附近有家樂福很方便入住有不同的門，前台人員很熱情但是房間真的不太推薦

Классные аппарты. Нам понравились. Рекомендую. Большая кровать, Чайник. Чисто, хороший напор воды в душе и горячая вода. Ососбено после Рима, где вода еле теплая. Можно оставить чемодан после выселения и пойти погулять по городу и окресностям.

請注意 這不是酒店這是旅館 好吧 是我一開始沒有注意到 orz 拖着行李箱找了半天才找到 因為我一直在找酒店的標識 但其實 這是類似於airbnb的旅店 其他都很不錯 如果可以具體備註下訊息會更好的

非常好的旅館，服務非常好，老闆有微信，溝通非常愉快，有什麼問題都可以問，最後退房的時候東西忘拿了，還有火車要趕，本來以為來不及了，老闆秒回消息説可以回去，遠程給我開門

房間不是很大但是可以攤開兩個28寸行李箱；房間空調很給力；有自動毛巾烘乾架；房間窗簾遮光性一般； 其他優點：酒店會提供周邊的停車訊息（我們停在了其中的免費停車位）；酒店地理位置實在是太好了，都是步行可到；附近有幾家蠻好吃的餐廳；酒店工作人員郵件回覆很及時

房間設計很藝術感，安靜，住宿體驗非常好，值得推薦！
