I went with my husband for a postponed anniversary celebration. We didn't know this place. We had to based our decision to stay on how helpful the people was over the phone. We were not disappointed! It is a beautiful hotel overlooking the sea. Their private beach is charming and the water of the sea totally crystalline. The service is fantastic. Every member of the hotel wants to do anything to make us, their clients, happy. We met the owners of the hotel and through their kindness and positive energy, we totally understood how they have managed to create such a nice community of great service and professionalism. We can't wait to come back. The michelin star restaurant Idaco is a must. Clara , the manager, is charming and s fantastic person.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights on our honeymoon. We purchased the honeymoon package and loved all the luxuries we got to enjoy. The grounds were gorgeous and very relaxing. My husband has not stopped talking about dinner at Indaco. Highly recommend the Regina Isabella! We hope to return to Ischia and the Regina Isabella again!

What a fabulous total experience! The staff is so kind and helpful... (Raffaelo, Davide) beyond expectations and like a family! The sheets are the softest most luxurious i have ever slept in. The saline heated pool with infinity edge at the edge of the sea is a divine experience. Overall this hotel is a lifetime experience to have. Make sure you get a massage...and swim...and enjoy the incredible breakfast that is included. Going in October was not ideal. Next time I will go closer to summer. Wonderful pizza places nearby. I could live on Margherita pizza. Great shopping and local stores. I loved our room facing the plaza rather than the sea. So nice to watch the life down below and sit on the balcony. The guests we met were all very interesting, kind and enjoying the hotel as much as we were!

My dream hotel stay - right down to the view from my balcony and the linen sheets. I did a package with half board. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the dinner menu was even better. I had 4 courses per night over 4 nights, with no repeats, and everything I had was superb. I also did several spa trea**ents, and the clay/mud wrap (sourced right next to the hotel) was exquisite. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff: David, the Mgr, Raffaele (day concierge), Antonio (night concierge), and everyone in the dining room (Michaelangelo, Nicola, etc.). The service was warm and friendly and professional. I was there at the end of their season so was able to enjoy the hotel and the island with none of the seasonal crowds. The sea was still warm enough to swim in and I also enjoyed the salt water swimming pool.

We stopped two nights in this lovely hotel, 2we stayed in a Royal deluxe room with lovely views of the coast and hilly background, the room had a shower bathroom and a bathroom which was good. The pools were very nice with lots of sun chairs around, it was a great stay, next time e will stay longer

Regina Isabella holds a moment in time where staying at hotels was chic, stylish and unforgettable. The hotel is beautifully preserved without suffering from quality. The professional staff is there to help in any way. My favorite moments were in the therme salt water warm pool and the beautiful views at breakfast. I will definitely return and book a room with a sea view. It's well worth the extra cost. Thank you for the stay.

I just had to write a review about this very special hotel – one of the best places that I have ever stayed. From the moment you arrive, you just relax – safe in the knowledge that everything has been thought of and the team will go out of their way to ensure that you have a wonderful time. They are exemplary. I loved the ‘grande dame’ style of the hotel – the communal areas are beautifully stylish and the views from the restaurants are mesmerising (plus the food is outstanding). My favourite place was by the natural seawater pool – I loved dipping into it and then reading on the sun lounger. I also loved the spa with its thermal water pool. I had a fabulous mud facial and am still glowing! Everyone was so friendly and professional and I really can’t recommend the hotel more highly. I really hope that I can go back soon – I don’t think I’ve relaxed so much in years….

Property is dated but staff is very attentive. This is the smallest and quietest town on the island. The affiliated taxi drivers are a little shady. Be sure to get an estimate from the concierge and confirm rate with driver before you start the trip.

Our second visit to Regina surpassed our first one. This elegant and proper, professional, and tasteful hotel dishes up just the right amount of relaxation and beauty for my friends and me. The front desk staff and bar staff are always there to offer wit and assistance. Don’t miss the daily music in the bar, an interesting mix of pop, Italian, classical, and iconics. My favorite bit is the jetty with the loungers, an easy swimming area. The rooms are filled with antiques that remind you of another time, but the tile floors make me want to redecorate my house.
