"*This review will probably be deleted as the other low-rating reviews* We traveled to this hotel along with my cat with the expectation to have a nice vacation. The hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere. Even if the host was welcoming on the phone prior to our arrival, I was utterly surprised with the unwelcoming, cold attitude the minute we arrived. I also kindly asked the cleaning lady of the chemical they use as cats are sensitive to strong chemicals and she was ironic and refused to respond. She was also the one at the reception desk! The staff hangs out at the pool….The room was ok, but really, we could not stay at such an unwelcoming place and left some hours later. Even if I strongly complained to the owners, they charged us 60€ for occupying their room for 2-3 hours. Needless to say, we could not leave at once as it was 39C and my kitty needed to stretch her legs, eat and rest from the trip. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Sublime stay in a truly beautiful landscape! We loved most of all the hospitality and genuine service of all the hotel staff! The rooms are uniquely decorated and with full respect for the traditional and heritage of the place. The food along with all activities offered is another great reason to stay at Kinsterna. We also tried the wellness program and the spa treatments which is such a delight! Panagiotis has been amazing for accommodating to the type of treatment and massage needed and we loved the session! Altogether this is an absolute sublime stay!"

"Room: I ended up in an accessible room on the 3rd floor overlooking the ocean after free upgrade that they gave me at the hotel . The ocean is right in front of the hotel with their own lounge chairs free for the residents Food:I had picked the half board with my reservation and it was a good discussion , meals cooked with love and good products . The front desk employees were very kind and helpful and always with a smile . Location: perfect location for everything. I was wanting to explore mani and the hotel seemed to be at a good point around 15 minutes from Gythio and about the same time for areopoli Staff: everyone I encountered was pleasant and helpful. Elevators: since it is a smaller hotel, I never had to deal with full elevators. It seem the hotel needs a little TLC like the carpet in the hallways Overall thoughts: the hotel is very quiet and it isn't chaotic. I'd love to stay there every year so hopefully the con gods will help me out.n"

Gianni was a great host always available to help and the restaurant and bar staff went overboard to make our stay great! Clean rooms, spacious bath, and nice pool. Great breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice! We definitely recommend this hotel! Beautiful view of Monemvasia island! Great value!"
