very clean and excellent front desk help

This was a nice hotel. It was clean and the staff was very nice. I don’t know what I paid offhand, but I’m guessing it wasn’t much. Room was small. Tried to force myself to eat the breakfast twice and couldn’t do it.

Hotel is fine but lots of construction in the area and breakfast is only pastries and breads and waffles.

It is posted that towels and sheets are only replaced every three days. I stayed six days and five nights. My linens were not replaced once. I had to ask for towels twice. Breakfast was also pretty lack luster.

Hair in the bathroom, paper thin walls, thick foam pillows that are useless. Just a cheap place to stay if everything else is full.

It was basically clean but not everywhere. My only complaint was in the corners, of bathroom, under desk, mostly around the edges. Also, the carpet didn't feel very clean.

The staff was really great. Very easy to work with took care of all of our needs. They gave us a different room uppond request with no questions asked Thanks again

We stayed here because it was a 8.0 rating on exepdia and the pictures looked ok and the fee was better than most other places during the holiday season. But should have known better. The entrance of the building was not bad and the foyer where you check in was done fairly well but when you got to the room it was very dark, old and outdated. The old brown linoleum countertops were chipping, the cushions for the small couch looked old and it was very dusty and dirty all around the room. The small refrigerator in the room was leaking water and the carpet was wet. The small bathroom was even old and needed a good bleach job. The staff were nice, friendly and helpful. But other than that I would recommend. Needless to say we checked out early and went to stay elsewhere.

It was an okay experience. There was issues with the toilet flushing but they left a plunger which helped
