"I stayed here for about 5 days, from July 11th to 15th. The location was quite good; it's about a 10-minute drive to Purdue University, and nearby shops are also easily accessible by car. Regarding service, all my questions were answered kindly. I appreciated that they always smiled and responded, even to repetitive or seemingly bothersome inquiries. The facilities exceeded my expectations; the room was larger than I thought, which was a pleasant surprise. With a refrigerator, induction cooktop, and microwave, it's convenient for anyone wanting to do some light cooking. As for cleanliness, there's one thing I need to mention: the hot water. While I haven't stayed in many hotels, this was the first time I've ever seen rusty water come out when using the hot tap. When I inquired about it at the front desk, their detailed explanation was helpful. However, I wasn't expecting their solution to be running the hot water for about 10 minutes to clear it. Honestly, I believe that rust or iron particles should never come out of a sink or showerhead in a hotel, regardless of the time or situation, even in the early morning. I think it would be better if the hotel set specific times for flushing the hot water to prevent rust and improve guest convenience. Nevertheless, overall, I was quite satisfied with the hotel. I'd like to thank the front desk staff for their excellent assistance."
