Our stay started off on a bad note, my son fell hard in the lobby appeared a dog left it’s mark in the lobby and person behind counter didn’t even care, literally sat there. Thankfully another worker possible manager came out and wiped it up preventing anyone else from falling. The coach pillow was ripped and the table was barely standing in the room as it’s leg was almost fully detached. The counter person didn’t care, when reported it, as we did not want to be billed for damaged. Elevator was down on morning, needed to carry bags that weighed 42 pounds down the flights of stairs as were in town for bowling tournament.
