When we entered the room and pulled back the bedding, there was a bed bug, and a roach crawled behind the headboard and there was another roach on the wall. We left, we didn't even sleep there. Left the key on the dresser and just left. There was no way I was taking the chance of bringing roaches and bed bugs home.

Misleading. Per ******* the property states Pets stay free. When checking in was told there was a non refundable $10 per night per pet fee. Which was additional $100 plus a $50 refundable ( though I haven't been refunded yet) cleaning deposit.. This should be stated as other properties do under the policy section. not stated as pers stay free.staff did cut the fee in half but still misrepresenting and collecting extra fees without notification doesn't seem very ethical.

The lady who checked us in was very nice. We got to our room and there were no towels. She brought them immediately. The room seemed clean enough but when I took a shower in the morning, my feet left black marks in the tub from the dirty floor.

Check in was very informal. Placed in one room and by the time we drove around building front desk person gave us key to another room. All 4 rooms I reserved thru ******* were build to my card a day before arrival Said would reverse at discharge, now told back may not clear reversal for a week or two.

Reserved king bed but got double No linen on bed, no towels Waited an additional hour just to get towels.

There was no mirror or sink in the bathroom. There was a kitchenette dirty sink non working stove

We arrived late to check in and though they knew me by name as we were the last to arrive that was the last friendly(ish) words I heard. I was told I booked the room wrong cause we had 4 people with us not 3 (my oldest son was with us one night due to moving into Purdue the next morning) and we were staying for 2 days only with 3 of us the second night. No explanation as to why this was an issue and no information given about the room or hotel except that there was coffee in the lobby. The lobby had an odd odor to it but I wrote that off as someone's diinner. Once we arrived to our room we were greeted with a very strong cabbage/wet produce smell and it was bad and there were not towels of any kind. When my husband went to collect towels and tell them of the smell, we were given febreeze to spray as relief which only helped a little. Several of the towels had stains even though you could tell they were washed. The beds were on some type of metal platform that made a banging noise when you moved. We debated about leaving but due to the late hour we stayed and I only was able to sleep thanks to spraying perfume on my wrist and pillow. We bought air freshner the next day and the smell had dissipated somewhat so that helped and we survived the 2nd night. Our room key had to be reset twice as each time we left our room it would deactivate. I understand the definition of motel and it is meant to be simple and a place to sleep but it should be clean and not smell.

Based on negative reviews, I thought that the room would be dirty but was cleaner than expected.

Hotel was under remodeling room. Even I checked in room there were many screw and bolt on the floor and during my out to dinner , constracter opened my door and moved my staff and keep open room door. Even 9:30pm they are still bumping floor and dumping many staff from 2nd floor. No TV work, no chair , floor was dirty , toilet ball was not fixed ( moving during using ) . Never use that hotel.
