ホテルの経験は非常に悪いです: 1. ホテル内で私と同僚のバッグからそれぞれ 100 米ドルと 10,000 ルピーが盗まれました。残念なことに、私たちが気づいたとき、私たちはすでにホテルを出ていました。監視のためにホテルに連絡するのは困難でした。私はホテルの犯罪を疑っていました。清掃スタッフが部屋に入ってきて盗み、朝食時に部屋番号を聞かれました。 2. 衛生と環境: 部屋の装飾は古く、窓は開けられず、臭いが非常に強く、バスルームの設備も非常に貧弱です。 3. 私たちは4人でスーツケース6個を持っていたため、ホテルへの送迎は元々無料でしたが、ホテルに適切な車で迎えに来てもらうように依頼しましたが、チェックアウト時に、送迎が必要であると告げられました。空港で借りた車の代金250元を支払うのは非常に不合理だった

華美達房間還是挺好的，主要服務很好 要是雙人間充電插座再多一點就好了。 我在拉合爾20天住了4個酒店+1個民宿，華美達是居住環境中安靜指數最高的酒店。餐廳也是能吃到符合中國胃的食物。 THE NISHAT HOTEL就不提了（喬尼莎酒店Emporium商場樓上那家），假5星裝修用料和隔音是處處彰顯啥叫假5星，接個機還問我另外收錢。含的早餐比不上一個三星酒店，背景音樂難聽又吵。市中心那家同名4星尼莎酒店還是不錯的，起碼電視看起來是最爽的。 我的評價很客觀，希望看客少走冤枉路吧

I had an excellent experience staying at Ramada Lahore. All the staff was well trained, especially at restaurant were very welcoming and hospitable notably, Ikramullah, Arbaish, Sehr and all service staff. Quick service with great followup.

Ramada was perfect for our short stay in Lahore. The location was EXCELLENT as it’s only a short walk to MM ALAM road, making it the most convenient place to stay if you are a shopaholic or foodie!! The room service and hospitality is incredible- they respond very quickly and attend to any problems you have. The room is so clean, especially compared to other hotels in Pakistan. It is very modern and the bathroom is completely clean and tidy. Breakfast was included in our stay- I definitely recommend the omelette which their chef makes in-front of you fresh. Channa and halwa puri are also 10/10. Make sure to try their parathas!!! Will always recommend Ramada to my friend and family Thankyou!

If only there was an option to give zero stars. Horrible and unprofessional staff with lack of professionalism. I had booked ramada for 2 nights, around 2 weeks before my stay. I was coming via road so after being in the car for 8+ hours and travelling with a toddler all I wanted was just to relax and rest up. The day of my stay I got a confirmation call at 10:05am and I confirmed that we'll reach by 3pm. At 2pm I got a call that they were cancelling my booking because of technical issues, after pestering them more and getting angry at them they said they don't have any rooms available for me. What was the point of the confirmation call? Or booking the hotel 2 weeks prior to stay? Just for them to cancel the booking an hour before our check-in. The people managing their reservations and the reception staff are super untrained and have zero people skills. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone. They really need proper training on how to manage a hotel. Horrible horrible experience. Unreliable!

One of the best stays in Lahore because of Hotel Ramada. From staff, to cleanliness, from the quality of food to the room service, all thing were good.
