Staff was slow and not cooperative. Breakfast was horrible. You couldn’t even call it breakfast. For oatmeal had to scrape the bottom of the pan and it was dry cold and half cooked. Roach walked under the table. Will never stay there again

Check in was great and the receptionist was so sweet. Got to the room and it seemed clean until I got to the bathroom and found a dirty washcloth and the bathtub had slimy stuff by the clean out. I will say the linens were clean (minus that one) and the bed was relatively comfy. It was nice and peaceful in the surrounding areas. The breakfast was a joke. Two kinds of cereal and oatmeal. There were more breads for toasting but that was pretty much it. I’m thankful this was just a stopover on the way home and I MAY stay again if I had to but if I have a choice I will go elsewhere

The towels and rags are old. It’s time for them to get some new ones. The area was quiet the studio suite is a big room. The bathroom could’ve been cleaned a little better. The staff was OK. Could’ve been more Welcoming

Breakfast was very minimal. We went somewhere else to eat. We did appreciate the ability to have our pet with us

We were greeted by a large stink bug or cockroach when we entered our room. The sheets were damp and did not look clean at all. Everything was dusty as if if had not been cleaned in months. The bathroom floor had a big wad of hair in the corner and a hole by the shower head making me feel like someone was watching on the other side. The AC leaked ALL over the floor wetting my bags… when I woke up and stepped on it in the morning it felt like slime covered my feet. Worst experience ever. Do not stay here!

The hotel was average at best. AC unit was noisy, the shower head didn’t spray water properly, and the biggest issue was the “continental breakfast” - the offerings for breakfast were bread (toaster was broken) and lukewarm oatmeal. There was a small refrigerator for yogurt and fruit but it was empty

We had dirty sheets on the bed. The towels were small and thin. The sink looked rather grimy. It just had an overall look of old and uncleanliness. The breakfast was limited and unappealing.

The room phone was inoperative. There was no soap or shampoo in the room. The complimentary breakfast was below average.

Everything was really dirty and a lof of people outside smoking and talking until late. We didn't feel safe.
