Not bad greatly priced. Towels are a little mis colored. Clean for the most part. The guy running this is really nice.

Clean but older hotel. Has some noticeable updates but additional improvements to property are still needed. Was comfortable for a short overnight stay. Front desk staff/manager is very pleasant.

I really lost hope for the oyo brand until I had the opportunity to stay at the one in lake park Ga……All 10’s across the board.

This was our 2nd stay with OYO in Lake Park Georgia. Super sweet family runs it and I guarantee they'll take care of you and your family.

Sign in lobby says no cash deposit no room and no breakfast as advertised...no smoke detector and no door lock....******* says breakfast served and sign in lobby says no breakfast until further notice

The service was average. not rude but not polite either. The sheets were stained, luckily no bedbugs IN the beds, but we had 2 live roaches come out of places and a dead one in the tub. which wasnt very clean!!! My kids didnt sleep cause they were so disgusted but we had been on the road all day and too poor to find something else. Especially since we paid $100 for 1 night and it was NONREFUNDABLE! As for the 'breakfast' its nothinf more than muffins, old juice and you can tell the coffee machines havent been cleaned nor were the tables. Absolutely not worth the money and I will never stay at one of these hotels again!

Standing dirt (not just stains) and pet hair all over the bedding, top and under the covers of the made beds. The walls and bathroom door were literally crumbling, with chunks falling out and ripped off. I returned the keys because there was no way we could stay there. He didn’t even suggest changing to another room, he told me that he would process a refund. I still haven’t see it though.

I liked that I could check in at anytime and had easy parking right in front of my room. I only disagreed with how far the front lobby was from the rooms.

Door was hard to close. No top lock. Bed was very uncomfortable! Dresser drawer wouldn't stay closed so middle of the night you would hit it!! Towels where stained up and very fuzzy. Was not happy! Woke up and could hardly move..
