You get what you pay for really applies here. The place is run down and repairs made are of poor quality. Beds were hard and pillows encased in plastic. Single pane windows insulate zero outside noise. It was inexpensive though!

If I could give no stars I would this place was horrible bed bugs and horrible owners who were inconsiderate and rude to customers no breakfast as advertised on the hotel cards they are an embarrassment and I wouldn’t stay here for free Never Again !!!!!! Rude Customer Service and showers are horrific and not up to code.

Very friendly and helpful. Great check in experience. Very cool hotel idea. Very peaceful. The only issues were the Wi-Fi didn't work and no hot water in the shower. However I would recommend staying.

It had a lot of space. As soon as you came in the room smell fresh not muggy ( there is other places that I have stayed that you can smell the mugginess in the room) so you know they clean pretty good. It's convenient with good pricing. I would recommend.

Place could use a solid cleaning on the exterior. Rooms are dated, but the bed was very clean and comfortable. Only real complaint, the air conditioner was off when we arrived, and the room was very hot. We went to dinner, and when we came back it was off again. It did stay on overnight.
A little bit of love and the place could be back to it's heyday glory.

Was a day trip. Really needed some quality rest time. MGMT and staff were very nice. Room was very clean and very quiet. Could've used an extra pillow or 2 but I would definitely recommend the New Sun Gate

Was just looking for a day to get away from the hustle and bustle and relax. This was our 2nd stay here. I actually heard not so nice things but was pleasantly surprised about every aspect of the facility
