"The stay was horrible. People walking around while we’re outside asking my 15 year old daughter and my brother if they wanted to buy *****, kids in the front physically fighting, the whole 2nd floor smelled like ****, went to the pool and came back and our pizza had roaches all over it. Mirror and outlets didn’t work, our 3rd night there our neighbors were yelling and screaming and physically fighting at 3 am which woke us all up. Someone banged on our door telling us to call the police she has been stabbed! We did nothing and were scared to open the door. That morning we told the front desk and they were not surprised being they are long time guests there I guess! We rented another hotel because my daughter was so scared! We left a day early because it was not a family hotel!"

"The hotel was perfectly fine for what I needed. The location was near Applebees and some other amenities and next to the I4. Two mornings they ran out of coffee. The pool was nice."

" The room was clean good room neighbors were noisy and that really would did it. What did it was a check out time when I booked it it says checkout time before 12 but in reality, the checkout is before 11. And the housekeeper  I’ll try to come in our room around 10:20 AM  there was no controls for the TV that we had in our room and then when we got the newer controls, there was no cable that experience"
