It was an average stay for a night stopover. Location isn’t great but it’s near the edgewater park for a good jog or stroll to view the lake. Breakfast selection was very limited. Lots of flies during this period so beware of the area.

There were no amenities for bathroom

Room and bed was clean but very dated No towels in the bathroom No shower curtain One of the lamps didn't even have a shade Phone in the room was from the 1980s Couldn't find remote for tv- gave me one at front desk but still didn't work One of the plugs in room didn't even have a cover plate One of those places that would have to do in a pinch

The wait to check in was absolutely atrocious. The smell when you walked into the entrance was straight sewage. The room had multiple issues. The smoke alarm was covered with a trash bag, the door had a 2 inch gap at the top when closed, there was fresh water damage in the ceiling, the beds had stains all over them, and the toilet had mold in the bowl so it couldn’t have been flushed in weeks.

Do not stay here unless you are unbothered by other people’s body part hairs and bugs in your bed. Tables and nightstands not wiped down, as there was food marks from previous “guests”rugs not vacuumed. Could not get any kind of discount or refund from the person at desk. Had to email an Elizabeth White. Still waiting for response. I understand it’s not a Hilton but how about cleanliness? They do not care.

Very nice front desk staff, but room was very dirty and the heater did not work. It was cold in our room all night despite us turning up the thermostat.

The facility had parking on site. The room was decent. No hot water. No free breakfast (even though they confirmed it would be available). No soap in the rooms (had to use shampoo for washing hands). No staff at front during checkout nor answering calls. The only good thing was no one expectedly entered our room in the middle of the night. You get what you oay for: a room to sleep in for the night before continuing your journey. Keep expectations low.

Outside of building looks run down. But the inside of the building looks like it was just remodeled. My room was two doubled beds. Bathroom didn't have toilet paper or towels, which I had to go ask for. My bed was comfy in my eyes, and the temperature was welled controlled. Its up to you if you would want to stay here. I worked for me for 12 hours.

The hotel was uninhabitable!! The room was terrible. Bugs under the sheets and on the floor. Sheets and towels were not cleaned look like they were reused, had stains on the sheets and the towels were yellowed. Desk was sticky and something was smudged all over it. Toliet looked like someone just used it and never cleaned stains and hair on it and hair in the shower and bathroom floor. Absolutely no courtesy by the clerk. Asked for my money back and was told that she did not have the authority to perform a refund. Also called ******* and was told that there was nothing you could do for me. Unbelievable, cant believe this situation can be ignored by all parties.
