ベイモント バイ ウィンダム ゴールデン / レッド ロックス(Baymont by Wyndham Golden/Red Rocks)

Hotel was extremely run down. Bathroom had mold and broken toilet seat and handle. Sleeper sofa was broken and unable to use, window did not open, nasty stains on couch cushions, floor had cracks and marks. Pool was closed and we were offered to go next door and use the hotel and it was very smelly and stayed for a short period of time. Lots of sketchy people on and out. Beds were decent and breakfast was good.

I spent three fabulous days at this hotel. It was pleasant my entire day my room was very clean and comfortable the bed though. It may need a new mattress but it wasn’t bad. It was a temporary shelter until I come back to my state. I truly appreciate the staff for keeping it clean and comfortable. Thank you so much for all the hard work that you all do in this day and age customer service good customer service is so hard to come by. I appreciate you.

Room was clean but hot tub was filthy and made us itch after sitting in it for a few minutes the pool was way to over chlorinated and the breakfast was crap. When we checked in there were trash bags left all over in the hallways and in the stairs we had to climb over some of it we stayed here once before a few years ago and the place has really gone to crap since are last stay

body wash and hair conditioner containers too low to pump out ( in both rooms ) lights burned out . and I saw one baby cockroach. There is no protein served at this breakfast.

Fitness room unusable. Dirty floors , no weights, broken equipment. Pool area paint flaking and hot tub was barely warm. Did not use. Entire hotel smelled like a hookah bar. No chair at desk in room. Some outlets did not work. I would never recommend this hotel

The mattress was the absolute worst i have ever slept on. The mattress is the only reason I'll never stay at this hotel again. It was the worst nights sleep ive ever had.

It was a really nice place, very clean, the front desk staff was friendly and very accomondating. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

They do not clean the snow off walkway or parking lot at all.them if snow melts in a parking spot that’s where management parks. Check out time is 11 but I got back to my room at 10:45 and they had already moved my stuff. 4 employees already in there cleaning.

The staff was not friendly, but not rude. They did their job, but weren't good at PR. The hotel needs to be updated. Lots of things are ragged, broken, old looking. The beds were good. Breakfast was basic with eggs only on weekends. It's nice to have some kind of protein even with an included meal. Location was good and I'd come back because the price was good.
