When we checked into the hotel, it was late at night. We had booked the room ahead of time but didn’t arrive off the road until after 1a. The desk clerk was asleep and not very professional or properly dressed.
When we checked into our room, there was vomit on the floor and steaks of blood on the toilet. After rousing the clerk from sleep again, he was apologetic and got us a new room. It did not have the same issues. Still, there was no effort to compensate or care for us in the situation and that first room scenario should never have happened in the first place
