Non smoking room has nicotine coated walls. Smell was so bad didn't even stay 15 mins. Desk people are incredibly aggressive. Didn't even bother with refund. Beware... they will still try to charge even if you pay in full online.

I was so repulsed by the appearance and location that I didn't attempt to contact whoever had left their phone number taped to the door. This place is a wreck- even at that price.

Hotel needs maintenance, there was a gap in the door letting in cold air and overall making us uncomfortable for safety.

The front desk attendant was taking a shower when I arrived. A family was already waiting and trying to reach her. When I checked in she was very rude and kept repeating the same phrase even when I clearly said I understand. She even gave me a very disgusting room after marking a nicer one. I have had a better experience here with the day attendant. None the less, I am never coming back.

Absolutely terrible customer service as they gave us a card twice for our room and it did not work each time . I also tried getting in the office and the door was locked

we seriously considered leaving. there were only two cars there. the place was locked down. Seedy neighborhood. More like a no-tell motel. Since it was late and prepaid we stayed and it turned out ok. Adise skipping this place even though it was very cheap. Jim

Understand you are getting a fabulous bargain it is a great value for the money. My main complaint was that if the heater/AC was on you got a musty smell. They need to clean the unit and change the filter. I told them at the front desk as I was leaving and they were very nice about it.

We arrived and they said they only had smoking rooms (despite our reservation for non-smoking room). They also said they would not respect our ******* reservation, so we would have had to pay again. We left.

We booked a 2 night stay in an Econo Lodge with complimentary breakfast. When we arrived at the property, we had a hard time finding it, as it is no longer an Econo Lodge, and it was dark and rainy. Upon checking in (the front door was locked and we had to wait for someone to come open it and let us in), we saw a sign that breakfast is not being served due to Covid spikes in the area. The place is very rundown, and we could spell cigarette smoke from another room when we used the bathroom fan. Upon checkout, no one answered the door (locked again) so that we could return the key cards.
