バーは閉まり、プールも閉まりました。ウェイトルームは閉鎖されました。まだコロナのせいで。彼らは少しやりすぎています。部屋は清潔でした。労働者はとても親切でした。

The room was very dirty. The furniture we put towels on the chairs to sit on them as they were all stained with who knows what. The chain lock on the door was broken. The curtains did not close. The shower and shower curtain were filthy along with the bathroom sink and the floors were dirty. The remote to the TV did not work even with new batteries. The lobby area was clean and looked very nice. The rooms need a LOT of attention. They should start on one floor and go thru and clean and update. I understand it might be hard to get people who actually want to work BUT.....Otherwise the manager was very nice and helpful.

This experience has taught me to always read the reviews before booking! I could basically say "ditto" to everything I read. There are maybe 20 parking spots close-ish to the front entrance. We meed handicapped parking and ended up at the back of the property near the conference center. But you can't access that area in the morning when you need to checkout. The room had stains on the floor and the bathroom was not very clean.the air conditioner did not work. There was a sign on the back entrance that said "beware of dogs"!

NO- NEVER-AGAIN. This place should be closed, It's nothing more than a low income housing project dog motel. The smell and stains of dog feces is all over the hotel. Most of the hotel is dark if you park in the assigned hotel lot you have to literally walk around the building to get into the hotel because only one door works. There was no housekeeping available. It took an hour and 20 minutes just to get clean towels and it took over an hour to check in when there was only two people in front of me. The air conditioner did not work The coffee machine was disgusting. Horrible experience.

Sink drain stuck closed! Water remained in sink. Refrigerator door open when we arrived and freezer frosted badly. Fruit flies/fleas in room. Blood stained bed sheets! Staple on carpeting next to bed.

The room was nice a clean. The grounds were not great and the parking areas are in need of repaving.

Room was fairly clean and comfortable; tv did not work properly; there was no breakfast service as before; front desk girl sleeping at the desk.

no bathroom in lobby most of the doors in lobby had signs restricting access to rooms. parking lot full of junk cars. toilet in room ran the hole time we were there.

Comforters are not good. AC, shower wasn't working properly. The carpets are in very bad condition.
